On our way there the walk was silent, a little too silent, while we walked I could only imagine all the possible things that could happen to meet new friends, get to know people better, I might even become popular, but then again I guess I would have to wait and see what happens.
I was soon snapped out of my thoughts when my sister Kathleen said that we are nearing the school grounds.
"We're here" she finally said, "Let's go to the office to collect our timetables and get acquainted with the school and our dorms and lockers".
So we got our timetables and started exploring the school. I saw that the college was a very beautiful place, it had a really large pool, beautiful scenery, where there had beautiful beaches, meadows, valleys and even mountains.
The dormitories were huge and had so many beds, drawers, and even closets. I'm really excited because this place is wonderful and I just can't wait to meet new people, make new friends and have fun.
So as I continued walking and exploring the school, I was so caught up in the thought that I hadn't realized that I had bumped into someone until she said, "Hey, you, watch where you're going!"
I was so surprised that I did the only thing my mind told me to do and that was to apologize.
I had no idea that I was apologizing a lot until the same girl told me, "Hey, hey, it's quite alright, I forgive you" "By the way, my name is Lisa, what's yours?"
"My name is Krista, nice to meet you," I said.
"Wow, Krista is a really nice name, we should be friends," said Lisa.
"Yeah, sure I don't mind," I said.
"Okay, so are you a new student since I've never seen you around before, or are you just visiting someone?" said Lisa.
"Who, me? oh no, I'm not visiting, I'm just a new student" I said.
"Oh okay, great, so since you're new and usually on the first day of school we're free to do whatever, I could just show you around and also show you and let you meet some of my friends, who hopefully should be here soon. I mean, if it's alright with you?" said Lisa.
"Yes, thank you very much, I would love that," I said.
So we're walking around campus looking at the wonderful scenery, then she showed me the dorms, lockers, the places she likes to go to, like the cafe downtown, where she would go with her friends. The beautiful meadow where they would have picnics sometimes, she even told me about the school and how there are 3 bad boys whose names are Joshua, James, and Justin, who practically own the school and how there are a lot of bullies.
To say that I was surprised would be an understatement but I was also intrigued by what she said about them how those were the hottest boys in school and how they would have every single girl falling at their feet and how they were insanely rich.
She even told me how they are just playboys and breaking girls hearts or they would just end up breaking up with them for no reason or cheating on them.
She also told me that Joshua is her cousin and is also the leader and the other two are his best friends, but it's not entirely their fault that they are this way but because of some girl whom they thought who loved them but was just playing them.
Then after that their whole life was turned upside down because of some family issue(mainly her cousin) and he hasn't been the same since.
The other two, however, came back to normal with her knocking some sense into them but sadly since her cousin is very stubborn he would not listen anyway, his best friends have been dating a few girls here and there, but after a while, they get tired of the girl and then call quits or stay friends.
Her cousin on the other hand just wants to get his revenge on girls because of how he was treated by that girl who broke his heart and so this changed him completely.
She also told me about the bullies, who so happens to be cheerleaders and the leader of the group is one of her cousin's ex-girlfriends, whose name is Laura, and is always picking on people, especially nerds.
She also said how she always gets her way with people and always gets what she wants no matter the cost and would do anything to get it.
