How did you know that I know?

Madam Yi planned to remodel her restaurant according to the current trend. Because of that Bao Yu doesn't have much more work to do. Afraid she might be bored at home, Madam Yi asked Bao Yu to accompany Master Yi with his martial arts class.

Bao Yu gladly accepted and stayed with marital arts students. Meanwhile she also practiced with the opponent. It's because last time when she failed to escape from Bai Ling grip, she understood that she was too weak to escape if she was in any other danger.

Final year exam was only four weeks away, so the trio were busy with their studies. Bao Yu also helped Zhan Fang and Yi Chen with their studies.

Morning Bao Yu helped Master Yi and evening she was helping her friends with study. So in noon, she planned to help Papa Ning in the restaurant.

Papa Ning restaurant was totally different from Madam Yi's restaurant. His restaurant mainly focused on local food which loved by the older people, middle aged people and few kids. Madam Yi restaurant was focused on local and western dishes which was loved by youngsters and kids. Both restaurants have a good reputation in the city.

Papa Ning was so happy seeing Bao Yu almost every day in his restaurant. He was quietly happy that Madam Yi's restaurant was remodeling. Bao Yu was soon attracted the customers by her politeness and her serving methods. Most of the old people liked to chat with her, because she never once frowned or showed any discomfort while chatting with them. Not like the other kids who thinks their old stories are boring instead they would prefer to spend some time in playing games.

Few people praised Papa Ning for getting another kid for free with good character. Papa Qing meddled saying she was also his kid bringing laughter around him.

The trio changed a lot after the Bai Ling incident. They also often give Bao Yu strawberries and ice cream because they felt sorry that they couldn't accompany her because of their upcoming final exams.

One day when Bao Yu was helping in Papa Ning restaurant she noticed Papa Ning was looking sad. The restaurant was empty with no one around, she went to him, "Are you feeling sick?"

Papa Ning looked at her, "Do you know that Bai Ling father came to look for him?"

Bao Yu was taken back by his question. Just then Papa Qing entered into the restaurant seeing her panicked face he understood that she knows.

"Don't tried to hide. It was clearly written on your face that you know" Papa Qing sat next to Papa Ning.

"How did you know that I know?" That was the question Bao Yu asked him. Because if he wanted to know he should have asked Ning Xuan or Qing Ze but why her?

"Suddenly the trio taking care of you and they often buy you snacks. Isn't it because they want you to hide it from us?" Papa Ning asked her. Bao Yu almost burst into laughter, "So you thought they were bribing me with snacks?"

They both nodded their heads. Bao Yu scoffed internally, 'Am I what four? To manipulate by snacks to keep my mouth shut?'

"No, you misunderstood" Bao Yu denied firmly.

"Really? But someone said that they saw you four fighting over meeting Bai Ling's father?" Papa Ning asked her.

Bao Yu gulped hardly. It happened month ago why that 'someone' has to appear now to break the news.

Little she did know that 'someone' has recently returned from the trip to the hometown and met with Papa Ning to know more about Bai Ling's situation. Papa Ning was stunned when he heard about that. He didn't know that the kids hid it from him.

Bai Ling was already said to his biological father to not to disturb him or Papa Ning until he finish his college entrance exam. Because he don't want to distract himself. Mr.Bai agreed to him and dropped the idea for meeting Papa Ning regarding Bai Ling custody.

It was well known to Bao Yu. But who would have thought that 'someone' would have seen them fighting and informing Papa Ning.

"Tell me, is it true?" Papa Ning asked her again. Bao Yu collected herself, "Uncle Ning, It's not like what you're thinking"

"Can you tell us what really happened?" Papa Qing asked her. He was lost when Papa Ning called and informed him about Bai Ling's father. So he took a half a day leave and rushed back to the restaurant.

Bao Yu bit her lip, "I know you guys are worried about Bai Ling. But trust me he was more worried about you finding about it. It's not my place to tell you. Just wait until the college entrance exam to get over, he will tell you by himself"

She looked at their faces which clearly showed they are worried to death.

After listening to her, Papa Ning and Papa Qing somewhat felt relived but still they felt sad that the kids didn't turned up to adults when they faced any problems.

"It's just four weeks until entrance exam. We will wait"
