Don't Be Disrespectful

The captain, or Wild Boar, was a man who could have fun. During the transit and on the plane, he made everyone feel comfortable. But when it was time to work, his face turned stoic. And Anna could tell he was good at his job. Otherwise, Burke would never hand such an important mission to this team and send her only to assist. She could have very well done it on her own, but to send the team was a political move.

"Are you sure you will scope out the inside alone?" he asked as they hid in the darkness of the light. In the middle of the desert, the house could be barely seen in the sparse moonlight. The crescent moon didn't have enough brightness to even allow those watching from the top of the building to see them.

"Proceed according to plan," Anna said gruffly.

"We are a team. We move together."

Anna turned her head to him and kept silent. "Proceed according to plan," she repeated.
