Frustrated, Que felt like screaming and punching him, but sadly she couldn't do either.

Wiggling her butt, she slid down from his midriff when his hand left her butt briefly only to land back sharply with a smack.

"That gave you no right to hit me!"

"Get your paws off me!"

"It was an accident! What were you trying to do?"

"You... unbelievable!" With a swift motion, he shifted until she was underneath him, his weight crushing her.

"Silence I said..." He growled into her ears a large paw covering her mouth. With his free hand he switched off the light.

She furrowed her brow. This isn't good.

"It appears the Ring is taking over the bond. She needs learn how to control the Ring, fast."

"Oh?" Zus quirked a brow. "So we can all be subjected to her command?"

"We only have two options left. We either take our chances with her and limit her knowledge of the bond or be enslaved by possessed object for eternity.

The rain had stopped a while ago and the sky is already clearing up. Mie Mie decided she had enough for today and bid Nana farewell, she left holding the empty basket.

Her over coat is damp but still did a good job keeping her warm. She trudged back home wishing she had worn her rain boots and antisipating her visit to Que's house now that she had Nana's backup.

From her brief conversation with Zed, she came to know they lived in the same house. What a lucky brat.
