Dropping Off

Alina and Ziro went to the garage.

"Are you sure about this?" Alina asked.

"What do you mean? I am just dropping you off at your house."

Ziro grabbed the helmet and tossed it at Alina.

"I am not talking about that. We just drank alcohol, right?"

"So?"

Ziro was looking through drawers as though he was searching for something.

"Where did I put it?" he mumbled.

"Haven't you heard of `Don't drink while driving`"

Ziro turned to Alina and shook his head, "Nope."

"Uh... then maybe it was `Don't drive while drinking.`" she rephrased.

Ziro opened one last drawer and saw a small, round flat object.

"Found it."

"Ziro, are you listening to me?"

Ziro took the helmet from Alina and placed it on his motorbike.

"I just drank two glasses, and you drank three. If you are okay, then I am absolutely fine."

"That's because I have drank many times before, while this was your first time."

Ziro froze for a second and forced a smile at Alina.

Alina raised her brows and asked, "It was your first time, right?"

Ziro grabbed Alina's hand and placed the round flat object on her palm.

"My dad has a fine collection of alcohol, so I can't help but drink it once in a while when no one is home," he answered.

Alina furrowed her brows and said, "I am going to tell Angelica about this."

"They are not coming back for a month, and in that time, I will make you forget about this."

"Or I can't just call her right now and tell her what you have been doing."

Ziro tapped the round object on Alina's palm, and it started covering her entire body.

"What's this?"

"Remember I said I was working on nanotechnology? This is my first project."

"How did you make it?"

"All Hail Lily. She helped me. In fact, almost 80% of the credit goes to her," Ziro replied with a distant smile.

"I am afraid that one day Lily might become my love rival, just like Sera and Nier."

Ziro scoffed and patted Alina's arm, "Come, sit now."

Ziro wore the helmet and turned on his bike.

"Are you ready?" he asked.

Alina wrapped her arms around Ziro and said, "ALways, for you."

Ziro pressed the switch on the bike, and the garage door and the main gate opened.

"Here we go!"

Ziro drove out of the house and turned to the left.

"Why are we going this way?!"

"The other route is blocked due to some incident."

Ziro kept the speed between 50 to 60 kilometers per hour and reached Alina's house in 10 minutes.

"You should seriously ask your parents to get a house near mine. Or just come and live in my house," Ziro suggested as he took off his helmet.

Alina got off the bike and hugged Ziro, saying, "The distance between us makes me want to see you as soon as I get out of the house. So every day, I look forward to crossing this distance between us to meet you."

Ziro swiped his finger on Alina's forehead, and the suit turned into a round object.

"You are getting better at flirting, my darling."

Alina kissed Ziro and said, "I have a good teacher."

Ziro glanced over Alina's shoulder and saw the lights in Alina's house were off.

"It looks like your parents aren't back yet."

Alina looked back and said, "So it seems."

Ziro fixed Alina's hair and questioned, "Will you be okay alone?"

"Yeah, it's not the first time."

Ziro waited for a while and pulled Alina's hand, "Hey."

"Hmm?"

"How about you stay over at my place? I mean, your parents are not home, and you will be all alone. And besides, it's weekend, so we don't have any school either."

"If I do that, then we won't be able to play 'LNA' tomorrow, for all day. And besides," Alina raised her brows and continued, "I know what you are trying to do here, mister. And I am not going to fall for that."

"No, I didn't mean it that way, and I swear I won't touch you. You can even sleep in a different room."

Alina squinted her eyes and stared at Ziro, "I have heard this before too."

"Have I said it before?"

"Yes, you did. I gave you six blowjobs in 8 hours. And each of them lasted for more than 20 minutes," Alina handed the nano suit to Ziro and added, "Even my jaw hurts."

"But I didn't force you, did I? Nor did I pressured you or blackmailed you. You did it because you wanted to."

"That's true, but…" Alina sighed and cradled Ziro's face, saying, "What's wrong? You are acting strange."

"I don't want to hear it from someone who has been acting strange since the morning," he remarked.

"I don't even remember why I was acting strange. Anyway, what about you? Something is eating your mind?" Alina asked with a concerned look on her face.

"I just have this tight feeling inside me. It's sharp and dark, and it's trying to tell me something. As if it is warning me about something or someone. And I am just…"

"Feeling paranoid?" Alina guessed.

"Yeah," he nodded.

Alina kissed Ziro and pumped her forehead with his, "You are tired. Go and sleep as soon as you get back home, okay?"

"I probably won't sleep until I fix Lily's program."

"Good luck."

"Yeah."

Ziro wore his helmet and turned on the bike.

"Wait!" Alina called out to him.

Ziro turned off the bike and asked, "What's wrong?"

"Don't go until I get into my house, okay?"

Ziro took off his helmet and nodded with a grin on his face, "Okay, scaredy-cat."

Alina opened the gate and took out her phone. After doing something on her phone for about a few seconds, all the lights of Alina's house turned on.

Alina made a smug face and looked at Ziro. And he sighed and shook his head in response.

Alina went inside her house, and Ziro drove off to his house.

On his way, he remembered the incident about the construction site and got curious about it. So he changed his route and went to the construction site that was bombarded.

Upon reaching there, he noticed there was no security or anything on the site to keep the people away.

He wanted to get off his bike and take a look at the site, but he was in a hurry to go home so he could fix Lily as soon as possible.
