Taking Over The Village (Part 2)

"Hey Big Brother Izuna, when did you get back?" Asked Haku

"Oh Haku I just got back right now! Anyway Haku gather everyone here I wanna bring you guys to a new house"

"Okay Big brother Izuna" said Haku as he went to gather everyone else.

Meanwhile one of Izuna's shadow clones went out to subdue the Forth Hoshikage and make Izuna leader of the village.

*Flashback*

While Izuna was on his Island yesterday he had a perfect idea. He would make a island district for only his clones where he could continuously learn new jutsu with all of them.

Izuna then proceeded to use wood style to reshape the entire west district into a huge open area for ten thousand shadowclones to continuously make new jutsu and learn from the scroll of sealing.

*End Flashback*

When everyone gathered Izuna told them how he wanted to make his own village and used his speech to inspire them all to help him. They set off to Hoshigakure in which Izuna had been the newly elected village leader. Izuna already had plans to expand the village, first use Gato's money to advance more technologically, and try to buy the entire land of bears. If that doesn't work I can always Genjutsu The Daimyo. Next Would be to globally announce that we would be accepting the missions of the world at a reduced price. And with knowledge of the world would make his village more renown at which point he would invite any clan to come into his village. Finally in about a years time would integrate with the land of bears and globally announce that they were a new village and if anyone tried to refute they would be enemies with the village.

1 Year later

Izuna is 8 now and the villages expansion plan has currently reached its final stages. Izuna was going to announce how they would become a village in a few days, since he had already sent his clones to go spread the news to all the other nations. Currently the Hoshigakure nation was pretty big now, not nearly as big as the leaf but it wasn't as small as before. Currently it was a technologically advanced village like the leaf just without the size. There were many clans in the village now since he had made the non bias policy.

Another interesting bit of news is that the star that the village worshipped was located in Izuna's office and Izuna's main body was always absorbing the power in it.

After more hard work Izuna awakened his second tomoe around six months ago, and his third tomoe a week ago.

Izuna's clones made the perfect jutsu for the rinnegan, they developed a similar jutsu to Zetsu's parasite clones, since Izuna had its DNA to he could replicate the jutsu just like Zetsu. His clones shared vision like the six paths of pain, but they were real bodies and had the exact strength of the original body. He named these clones the 10 Jinchuriki of the Star, the twin dragons of the Star (Light dragon fused with the body, and Moryo fused with another), and finally Satori The Nightmare of the Star. And with all of the beasts he collected along with the tailed beast seal he made the Stars most powerful people.

And last but not least the two original jutsu made by Izuna, The Fusion technique: where two or more people fuse to get stronger, and the Sealing fusion technique: where you seal anything in either an object or in a person.

And when all the Izuna's fuse they become the God Of The Star.

Today was the day when Izuna would meet with all the other Kage and possibly be made into a real village.

Izuna set off to the Kage summit to possibly be initiated. He was transported in a wheeled vehicle with his advisor (Kimmimaro) To the summit.

It took a few hours to get there but when he sat at the table he was met with 5 kage's Ohnoki, Minato, Mei, A, and Rasa.

"Welcome to the meeting of the kage's today we and all the kage's will be seeing if you and your village is fit for becoming a real land."

Izuna's current appearance was warped using Ketsuryugan to what he was going to look like at the age of 16. He looked like Itachi but his hair was parted back and without the lines under his eyes.

"Hello everyone, I am Izuna Natsuki (His alias) I am here to establish my village the Hoshigakure as one of the five nations. My village has grown expansively during my time as ruler and it is my dream to be one of the established nations." Izuna said with a deep bow and a grin on his face.

The Raikage spoke up saying "What right does your village have? can you even fight on terms with the rest of us? don't get ahead of yourself kid."

Izuna stopped smiling and said "If you want to find out how strong I am go ahead I guarantee you will have a fun time"

The Raikage shot a casual punch towards Izuna and Izuna slightly moved his head forward in such a way that it looked like he was being pushed by the air.

The Raikage smirked a little and said "Not bad looks like this will be a fun fight"

The rest of the kage's got in the middle of the fight and stopped the Raikage from fighting

"As I was saying I'm just as strong as the rest of you, and my villagers have hope so I wont let them down. I will become the best Kage for my village that's why I am here today." said Izuna with a stone cold face while looking around the room.

After a few more speeches the room finally decided "After consideration it seems your village is not only strong enough to protect itself, your village has the will to grow strong. That is enough for you to gain council here. Welcome to the Nations Kage-sama."

They handed Izuna a purple 5 sided hat that was all purple with a star in the middle then they said "dismissed" And we all went to leave.

'YES! Finally after years of preparation I have become a Kage worth respecting and have gained the love of all my villagers. I can see how the 3rd Hokage felt about his citizens now. I feel like I have to protect them all even if I have to put my life on the line. I will now on call them my children of The Star.'

Izuna went back to his village where he threw a huge party for all of the villagers to attend, and even made fireworks with his explosion style for all the villagers to see.

The next morning Izuna makes a shadow clone to handle his life, while he takes the meteor and meditates with it in a sealed location for...
