He needs to breathe

"Fa — father?" Dion gasped, his hand on his chest as he gazed at her phone suspiciously.

"I told you it's Daddy!" Ghost Lin croaked from Devon's side.

"My daddy," Devon corrected, but when Dion didn't react, she clarified in a straight tone. "My daddy, your brother." Shaking the phone for him to take it.

'Plus ten points for me as a best supporting character,' Ghost Lin mumbled proudly as she watched everything unfold before her eyes.

"Uh." Dion accepted the phone but didn't say a word. Lewis as well. They were both rendered speechless, as they had to take a minute to process everything.

What Dion heard next was the line being cut short. Dion was not even surprised as he slowly dropped his hand, staring at her in a distraught state.

"Are you alright?" Devon asked, tilting her head as Dion was acting strangely. "You didn't talk to my daddy."
