Not Anymore

Hearing out the General, Yara Amiel ended up staring at him for a while without saying anything. Then after what seemed to be forever, she rose from her seat.

"Do you still have feelings for me?"

The Princess's sudden question caught the General off guard and his eyes flickered. "Your Highness -"

"I already told you to stop that, Zaria," the Princess said to one of her closest acquaintances since childhood. However, unlike her usual cold voice, her voice was just calm and patient.

Zaria Movan observed the Princess for a while before he responded, "That's not something I can control, Your Highness."

Yara Amiel sighed, maybe because she knew that what he said made sense. "Don't waste your time on me and just think of yourself. You can do much better."

"Is that an order?"

The Avarian Princess slightly raised a brow. What kind of question was that?!
