He smirked and looked down at her, a devilish smile in his eyes that set her nerves frantic. 

"Since you find my servants unsuitable to serve your needs, you might be the best person to serve them yourself."

"Ex... excuse me?!" she spluttered in shock. 

"Dimitri. she will be washing her clothes herself and will be cleaning her room as well." he said turning to his most trusted servant. “I am quite sure she is capable of running her bath and dressing herself... "

"How dare you?... " she asked harshly at the insult. 

"Would you like to prepare your meals and perhaps do the dishes as well?" Kieran asked looking back at her with a glint in his eyes. 

But she remained silent and shocked beyond belief. 

"I thought as much. Well we will be leaving you to your chores." he said stepping on her clothes as he walked out with the maid and Dimitri. 

"And by the way," he said stopping just outside the door. "I'd hate to see my castle looking untidy. So unless you wish to face the consequences, I suggest you do a good job."

This time he walked off without stopping and the sound of her screeches echoed off the walls.

I wonder when I'll be able to stop apologizing. I'm really sorry guys but school has been taking all of my time. Practicals and the time it takes to prepare as well as classes have left me no chance to write. I just finished from a practical today so I decided to try to complete this chapter. Raphael and Dimitri sniffed as well.

" He might be on his way to get something for Clarissa. " Raphael said not bothered at all.

" No, that's not it. " Kieran said. Kieran's sense of smell was greater than that of the normal vampire. He could sense one's emotions as well as the state of restlessness just by sniffing.

" What is it? " Raphael narrowed his eyes.

" He's tense. Not like usual. Those two are up to something. "

Raphael stood up. " Perhaps I should confront him. "
