Chapter 99

"I'm sorry giant wolf, but you're just prey for me to get stronger", Eru said towards the giant wolf as he brandished his sword towards the roaring giant wolf. The giant wolf pressure did little against Eru as the latter was used to fighting against opponents far stronger than himself. "Take this, Aura Slash!" Eru yelled out. A raven-coloured, curved energy blade went towards the giant wolf. The giant wolf roared, protective mana formed around it, blocking the Eru's attack.

"Tch, then how about this. Ha!" Eru charged towards the giant wolf before launching another strike. The giant wolf managed to dodge Eru's attack easily. Then, it immediately kicked Eru right at his chest. Eru, however, predicted what the giant wolf was going to do. He spun around to avoid the giant wolf's kick, then, using the momentum, he swung his sword around. The giant wolf quickly stepped backwards, but it wasn't enough to avoid a wound from Eru's black sword.
