"We have arrived", Governor Eli said, drawing a sigh of relief from the tired army and the adventurers. When Governor Eli, Ling and the rest arrived on Tailwind City, the city's residence welcomed them by creating a path for them in the street, launching fireworks and throwing flowers petal at them. "Woohoo! Glory to Governor Eli! Glory to Governor Eli!" the citizens cheered as Governor Eli's army and the adventurers walked into the city.
