Adorna is the first to wake. Then Raum, and Sauda after. Having even a little of demon blood had its perks. Samuel Dean wasn’t there and the rest of the humans were fast asleep; snoring and still in the positions the guards tossed them in. The resident shifter, however, was laying, broken out in a sweat, and groaning, body fighting the magic holding it down.

They were in a cell in the Maghreb. Stone walls, stone floors, stone ceiling, iron bars, and the occasional magic force field really set off the medieval decor. All except for the guards. No chain mail and swords for them, but all black assassin chic, and guns at hips. The thick meatheads stand at points watching them.
