FIRECRACKER

This Diwali, you asked me to drop by your home. It was obvious that I'd refuse to go but, before your stubbornness..I lost..we packed our luggage..bought presents for everyone..after all it was my first time, visiting your home and top of it..it was a great festive..

Three days later,

It was day 2 of mine..staying with your splendid family. In the evening after offering prayer, all of us went in spacious place for the most awaited part..FIRECRACKERS...I was so excited, Then a child with a winsome smile gave me some crackers and asked me to ignite them..I was hesitant to do so..was afraid..You encouraged me, said there's nothing to get scared of..still I wasn't willing to do..so you showed me "how to do" kinda Demo, next I had to attempt and slightly and delicately I burnt it and was ready to run away far, i stepped backward slowly and I don't know when, that cracker went above..so high and burst, it's colourful lightening was all over the sky...i did it..I did it after a very long time, I asked did you see that, it was beautiful na?! You smirked and said yeah it was !!. I literally jumped towards you.. overwhelmed with the feeling of triumph,you caught me in your arms, I was laughing, heart filled with immense happiness, then I turned my face to see you, our glistening gaze met with eachother, the way you looked at me was indescribable..it went on for nearly 3sec but felt like a whole freaking year...Boom!! loud sound of crackers burst in my ears..I gained consciousness, came alive in present situation..still in your arms..I tried to release myself from your steady grasp so no one would see us in that position...your beautiful lips were curved in a broad smile..your enchanting eyes were asking me to have some love in alone..and yeah I had mastered in reading your eyes..I laughingly screamed "Not Now" to tease and I didn't realise my fingers still entangled with yours and the moment I said "not now", you quickly pulled me by my wrist and jerked me towards you.. within a sec by your innocent force, my hands collided with your chest.I was still chuckling and my eyes were filled with tears due to continuous laugh..

You brushed your fingers on my apple of cheek..your touch was stiff and soft at the same time..
