ROMEO'S POINT OF VIEW

15 minutes later, it started raining and foggy as we drove to our destination.

"Ma'am, it's quite foggy, should we please stop in an area until the fog is out?" One of the bodyguards asked.

"No, you can manage driving to the destination, besides you have a clear vision anyway, so you use it wisely." Maria demanded then Peter sighed.

A heavy rain started as the fog started to continue. The bodyguards tried to be calm, but suggested again that we will stopped for awhile. Maria forced them not to, and let them continue to drive. A few minutes later, the rain become so noisy, and all of them had a hard time hearing each other. I remained calm, but inside I am in fear.

"How hard can driving be? I mean come on-" Maria complained as she stood up and started stirring the wheel.

A huge bright light approached as all of us shouted. The car went sideways where the cliff is, I shouted in fear while the rest of them started panicking until the car fell down to the water.

I can only hear a few distant voices. I had a hard time opening my eyes up, because my head was hit by the car. I tried to swim upwards, but my shirt is stuck, so I had no choice but to rip it off and immediately went up.

"Help! I feel like I'm drowning!" Maria shouted as the boys started finding her.

"Maria? Maria, where are you?!" Peter shouted.

Our surroundings was covered in fog as rain continued to pour. I tried not to drown into the water again so I called for help as well.

"Mom! Dad! I'm d-drowning, he-help!" I shouted but no one noticed.

Peter and the bodyguards are very far away from me so I tried to swim towards them so that they could hear me but still, they can't. I loss my balance in swimming so I slowly went down in the water. I tried swimming up again, but I had a hard time. Suddenly, everything went black.

THIRD PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW

One week later after the incident in the island of nowhere, a lady is peacefully watching the sun rise until she saw a body five meters away from her. She stood up and gasped, then felt scared that someone found her. So, she slowly walked towards the body and looked.

"A kid? Why would a kid be in the middle of the ocean and just come here to-" The lady said then she noticed the kid's bracelet.

"No way, there's no way." She said.

She slowly flipped the kid and carried him to a rocking chair.

"Aww poor young man, why and how did you come this far?" The lady asked then she grabbed her book.

"You know, I haven't seen a single person for almost a year now, until you came along and based on the situation right now, you are not that stable to reply to me."

"I hope this works."

The lady recited a magic spell for her to read his mind. Then she placed her two fingers onto his forehead, closed her eyes and concentrated to see what was in his mind.

She didn't received any thought or happenings in his mind, so she opened her eyes and removed her fingers from his forehead.

"Well that is strange, I've never experienced having someone without a thought or any happenings in their mind in my whole experience as a guardian." She said.

"Unless he's.. dead." She panickedly said.

She scanned through the pages and find the magic where she could try to wake up the kid.

"Ahh, there it is." She said.

She performed the magic spell as she closed her eyes and slowly put back her hands onto his. Later, the kid slowly opened his eyes up.

"Wh-What happened?" The kid asked.

"Who are you? And where am I?"

"Hi, I'm Tia. I found you laying down right here in this island." The lady introduced herself.

"Hello, I guess? I'm- uhh.. Romeo?" The kid said.

"It's nice meeting you, Romeo. Come on, let me prepare you a hot chocolate drink." Tia said as Romeo nodded.

After Tia prepared Romeo a drink..

"May I ask on where do you come from?" Tia asked as Romeo slowly received his drink.

"I-I don't know. I tried remembering my memories, but all I know is who I am." Romeo replied.

"Can I tell you something?" Tia asked then Romeo slowly nodded.

"I am a sorceress, if you could let me read your mind since you are now awake so that I can see some things, okay?" Tia said.

"I guess." Romeo said then Tia placed her two fingers, closed her eyes and recite the magic spell once again.

"Alright Romeo, can you try to think on what happened before you arrived in this island?" Tia asked as Romeo closed his eyes.

"Uhh, I guess I remembered.." Romeo said.

"I don't know!"

Tia tried to close her eyes once again and see what really happened on Romeo's mind but all she can see is black.

"I'm sorry Romeo, but I can't see anything. I tried but it won't work." Tia sighed as she removed her fingers and the both of them opened their eyes.

"It's alright, Tia." Romeo sighed.

The two began to talk about a lot of things. Days passed by, the two got pretty close.

"Romeo? Have you ever thought of being adopted?" Tia asked.

"I don't know, why is that?" Romeo asked as he walked towards Tia.

"You see, as a sorceress, I should keep my identity private and my life as well. Besides, I want you to grow up with a family and in the real world." Tia explained as she sighed.

"Well, can I see you sooner though?" Romeo asked as he pouted.

"We can make that work soon, besides there are many possibilities in the future." Tia said as she smiled.

"Tomorrow morning, we will go to a city and find you a family to stay with, okay?" Tia said then Romeo nodded.

Later that night, Romeo went fast to sleep. Tia, in the other hand, decided to recite a magic spell for Romeo to forget that Tia is a sorceress to make sure she stays hidden. Afterwards, she stood up and looked at Romeo's bracelet. She immediately grabbed batteries and placed it inside his bracelet, so that whenever he needs help, Tia will be there for him. She went to her sleeping place and lay down then immediately went to sleep.

The next day, Tia and Romeo both went to the city and went to each home they cross to and ask if they want to adopt Romeo. It took almost two hours for them to find a family that wanted to adopt Romeo, until they found a kind man along with his wife walking towards them.

"Excuse me, I heard you are finding a family to adopt this young man?" The wife said as she smiled.

"Yes, we are. Do you want to adopt him?" Tia asked as she pat Romeo's shoulders.

"Definitely, we have been planning to adopt a kid, but we don't have enough money to adopt one in the adoption homes." The husband said.

"Well, today is your lucky day! I mean, depends on Romeo's decision." Tia excitedly said then she looked at Romeo.

"You two seem like a good family, so I'm willing to be your son." Romeo said then all of them clapped and smiled.

"Thank you Romeo, but please treat us like your real parents." The wife said as Romeo chuckled.

"I better go home, please take good care of Romeo." Tia said as she slowly let go Romeo.

"We will, don't worry." The husband said as Romeo walked towards them.

All of them waved at each other, then Tia recited a spell to let Romeo think he really is with his family for him to feel happy. Romeo's new family started getting along as years passed by.

Present

TRAVIS' POINT OF VIEW

It's been 2 days and I haven't heard from Juliet. It's even sad to think that she made a stupid excuse infront of me, using my sister. I know when someone makes excuses especially that I have a sister who is 5 months younger than me. I noticed Lauren walking out the door so I had to confront her about the situation that happened.

"No no, not so fast, Missy." I said as I slowly walked towards her, bringing a cup of water.

"What do you want, Travis? I am already late to the place I am heading to." Lauren groaned as she rolled her eyes and looked at me.

"Oh, who are you going to meet with? Let me guess, your new friend Juliet who literally used you to make an excuse infront of me?" I sarcastically asked.

"We literally just met each other right before you showed up, you just didn't notice." Lauren explained.

"And your problem is?" She asked as she raised her eyebrows.

"Okay, let's say I believe you, but if you are meeting with her, please tell her that we need to talk tomorrow at school." I sighed then I drink my cup of water.

"If this is a way for you to stop bothering me, then okay, I'll go now." Lauren said then she left as I waved at her.

LAUREN'S POINT OF VIEW

I tried my best to lie for Juliet, but it's a good thing that Travis didn't ask further. After 10 minutes of walking, I arrived at the cafe Juliet and I planned to go to.

"Juliet! I'm so sorry I'm late, my brother is kept asking questions about what happened so I had to stay for a bit." I said as I sat down and Juliet drinking her coffee.

"No, it's completely fine, and you're just time too!" Juliet said as she smiled and put down her coffee onto the table.

"Oh and before we start our getting to know each other thing, Travis want to tell you something." I said then her eyes are wide open.

"Wh-What is it?" She asked as she stuttered.

"He just wants to tell you that you two need to talk tomorrow at school." I sighed then she looked down.

"Since you are his sister, how does he react in situations like this?" She asked as she sighed.

"Usually he gets mad, but honestly it depends on who is he with and what's his mood as well." I replied.

"Are you gonna tell him that the reason why you decided not to meet with him is because you are meeting with the guy you like?" I asked as I grabbed a cookie from the plate.

"I might, but I don't know, it feels wrong." She sighed.

"As your friend, I want you to tell him the truth, and I'm sure he will understand." I said as I eat the cookie.

"I really hope so, Lauren." She sighed then onwards, we started talking things about ourselves.
