Unexpected Social Problems

Other than the question of the runic arrays for their Elemental Conqueror breakthroughs, there were more problems that were creeping up on the elders of the Lycoris clan. Firstly, there was no established hierarchy other than the sect leaders and the department heads that were already established. Everyone else was simply underneath them and followed their instructions but it was becoming increasingly apparent that some people were more talented than others and also with the expansion of the clan, they were adding in new people that needed to be dealt with appropriately. Nearly all clan members had cultivated to a decent standard but they mainly dealt with the day to day of the clan, but even this was becoming a problem as formations and technology was basically taking care of their work for them. The people had increasing amounts of free time which they had not much to do with apart from cultivating and a few other things.
