Manipulation and Assassination

Around the circular table, the leaders of Lycoris were once again seated. It had only been around 10 days since their last meeting so they felt it was strange that Lucius would call another meeting so soon. Usually, they only had a meeting once a month to discuss the advancements of that month, but now they were called upon three times this month.

"Do you guys know why Luci called us? He's not even here yet." Delilah complained as she had her head in her hands. Since she was late last time, she took care to come early to the meeting but now Lucius was the one that was late. She had been waiting for an hour already while the rest, who arrived on time, had been waiting half an hour.

"I don't know, but it should be pretty important right, he's not the type to pull pranks. Well, apart from on Delilah." Julia reasoned as she laughed at the annoyed Delilah.
