Chapter 22: Age coming Ceremony [part-3]

Lucas now was waiting in the small meeting hall, there were no chairs to sit all he could do was wait for the ceremony to start. Although Lucas looked calm and settled outside, he was terrifyingly angry inside.

Well let's go back into the time and see what made Lucas so angry.

While was following the servant, they walked by few servants and these servants were talking about his age coming ceremony. Hearing them talk about made Lucas think that they (Royal Family) would conduct proper ceremony for him.

But that changed when he listened to them talking properly.

"So, today is the day of his highness Lucas's age coming ceremony."

"Yes, finally that day has come."

"When the prince leaves the palace is also the when palace is liberated from the curse of Princess Sofia."

"Yes, he is an evil spawn of Princess Sofia and that monster that stays with him, they both are like curse to the palace. They should have killed they long ago."

"There is rumor that he is not born of his majesty the king and…"

"Yes, I have heard that one too."

"It is said that he is born of Princess Sofia and a demon, and that Lucy too was picked up from the demon realm."

"Seeing her face one can tell that she is cursed child"

Hearing them say that his mother Princess Sofia was a bitch and heartless and that she slept with demon and he was evil spawn and a curse to royal family and Lucy was a monster.

He was really angry beyond words, just as he was about to shout at them, he saw mocking smile on the servant's face before him, he calmed down his anger and started following the servant silently.

Because he knew if he did something now then the royal family or the princes will take this chance to make his life hell or better kill him. So, he calmed down, although he looked calm, he was raging inside.

After a while they came in front of second meeting hall, just as he was about to enter it the servant called out to him.

"Where are you going your highness, this meeting hall is used by other princes to discuss something important."

"Your ceremony is conducted in other hall. Please follow me."

Hearing this he started thinking that they were doing this on purpose. From what he heard from Lucy this hall is rarely used by prince. And now today both the main and secondary hall are being used.

Although he was raging inside, he still followed the servant, Lucas was really thinking about to leave this palace quickly.

After that they came in front of third meeting hall. There he got another shocking news, that the ceremony was going to be conducted on schedule at 11 am.

So now it 10:50 am, and Lucas has been standing in the hall about an hour and from time to time servants would come and look at him with weird faces.
