General Sun Stuns (2)

The emperor perked his ears up as soon as he heard himself being mentioned. He was looking forward to inserting himself into the conversation and perhaps bringing it over to the emperor of the Amah kingdom investing money in the Wang kingdom.

Or more precisely, giving the emperor more money that would rot in the cellars and feed the rats.

But at least it would give the emperor some peace of mind in the case that he needed money. Right now he was hoarding money just in case there was a civil war of some sort. It was mostly his delusions acting up but there was no way to tell if the people were going to fry him or not.

I suppose the emperor would be so much more tolerable, coated in breadcrumbs and fried in some sunflower oil.

Maybe then that fatty, chief Zhao would eat him.

"You're resigning? Why? Does this have something to do with prime minister Bai?" the emperor spit out and stumbled around. He was happy, very happy indeed, but confused.
