Chapter VIII: There Isn't a Technique That Can Navigate Life

Harmonious laughter filled a large courtyard that I rented out at the Grey Moss Inn. It was known to be a decent Inn with reasonable prices, good food, and even better wine. The ambiance was excellent, and the yard had a Roman-inspired build. I wasn't surprised, considering I've reincarnated myself.

During the first years of my scheming to bring an army to the Cultivation World, I became quiet and observant. But this time, schemes weren't the only thing on my mind. In this new place of wonder, I opted to enjoy myself and savor the memories created during my journey to the top. Having lost one life already, I understood that these small moments are what really formed one's life.
