While Kylo Ren paced again, Sara stared off into space- quite literally. Not playing any particular attention to the stars or planets they were floating past, but retracing her steps in this endless hunt for Skywalker. It was something Snoke had been obsessed with since day one, and in turn he had infected Kylo Ren with some pathological need to kill the former Jedi. The more Sara thought about it, the more likely it seemed to be some revenge- motivated contagion. In truth, Sara had actively tried to forget about Skywalker until several months ago, when a rumor began circulating that he had visited several planets after being in hiding for seven years. And that's when the murder bug hit her. Maybe that's what Skywalker wanted- to lead them on a wild chase and waste their time.

We've got something, the first officer called, breaking her out of her maladaptive recollections.

Sara moved closer to the desk to view the results of the face scanner. Sara's eyes narrowed onto the face on the holo projector even before the officer called her. Lor San Tekka, Sara seethed.
