Knight and Lady, Part 11

The girl who had lived her entire life in pain and suffering, in a single night, had experienced incalculable pain. Her eyelids opened and her eyes stared directly at the night sky.

The sky reflected a beautiful dark blue glow, decorated with countless stars, which shone as if someone were continuously turning them on and off. One after another they blinked.

And although the sky was a night sky, she could see it perfectly and in great detail, and although there were clouds, they seemed to be translucent to her.

She focused her gaze on the beautiful moon that settled in her firmament, and she felt as if she had gotten closer and better focused on the moon, similar to binoculars or a telescope.

"Handsome." She said, in a soft, melodious voice.

"Do you like the way the sky looks?" She asks the voice of a young adult, which denoted elegance and chivalry but at the same time discipline.
