"You're in your boat and I'm in my boat"

Marcellia shook her head and waved her hand dismissively, "No, that'd be taking the time we don't have." She glanced at the stainless steel charm watch on her wrist, "And we don't have a lot of time so it'd be great if you could go get dressed."

I pointed on the floor where Cloey was still fast asleep, "And what about sleeping beauty down there?"

Marcellia held under Cloey's armpits and hoisted her into a standing position but she only fell forward on the bed.

I nodded and gave Marcellia a thumbs up, "Nice, you got her off the floor." I poked Cloey's cheek, "She's still asleep though."

Marcellia sighed, "Leave Cloey to me, I'll take her home to pack and you can freshen up and think about what you're going to tell your grandmother."

I rose my brows, "You want me to leave my one and only best friend in your hands?"

Marcellia rolled her eyes, "You can trust me you know, we're all rocking in the same boat."
