Chapter 51: Fever

The sound of the water as I poured it into a bowl had this almost like a reflective ability that made me think.

Neuron's pale face last night got glued in my mind.

I'm really bothered by it. My entire body is itching and aching to know what exactly happened to him.

If he was in a normal state of mind, he wouldn't let himself get drenched in the rain.

"Sh-t!" I cursed when the bowl overflowed with water because I was unaware that I kept pouring although it's already filled.

I submerged my hand in the water and rapidly withdrew it.

"F--k! Too hot!"

I poured too much hot water.

I reduced the water in the large bowl and replaced it with tap water from the sink.

When the water was already at the right temperature, I placed the face towel I found earlier on the bowl.

I should at least wipe Neuron's body to make his body feel refreshed from the heat.

My phone suddenly beeped.
