How it becomes like this 7

- Asteroid belt near Revolt-1 -

Just before they leave the asteroid belt cover, CAPT Lavard instructs, "All carriers initiate stealth mode. We have to wipe them out as fast as we can. Be ready to lock them in position. Resume expedition!"

"Yes, sir," they proceed as their superior instructs them. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes as they estimated to see the enemy's pursuing fleet from afar.

"Carrier 1 advance at faster speed and block further escape spot from here," CAPT Lavard commands.

"Affirmative," carrier 1's captain replies as soon as she gets the order.

"Carrier 2 block the other fleeing spot that carrier 1 can't cover," CAPT Lavard instructs then he points out the zone carrier 2 needs to block. After that CAPT Lavard delegates carrier 3 to cover another blind spot near them so HRA chasers have no way to retreat except they surrender themselves or getting killed on spot.

"The rest of the team will go with the main commanding ship to regroup and secure our ally spacecraft who already contribute a lot on this mission we're on right now. Based on our hired mercenary report, they only have 2 outdated medium spacecraft and 2 small size spacecraft. Even though their number won't make it difficult for us, we have no one to save us when we fail this time so be careful and reduce our loss as much as we can," CAPT Lavard commands.

"Spread out according to your designated position as soon as we reach the deep sea (13,7). Engage the enemy fleet as soon as they engage with our main force. Commence operation," CAPT Lavard directs.

"Roger that," all units reply shortly and begin this operation according to the additional plan their leader invented just now.

In about 4 minutes battleship where CAPT Lavard board manages to spot enemy location which is closing into their location. "Everyone engage the enemy. Get ready to fire our main cannon. Prepare anti-missile and heat shield to counter enemy railgun," CAPT Lavard initiates his crewmate assignment.

In fact, Lavard's battleship isn't a big spacecraft-like carrier or a kind of fortress class. It's actually just a medium-heavy frigate that has no military insignia so he won't get identified when he infiltrates the enemy front line and collects the enemy's information from inside their own base. In total Lavard commands around 80 mercenaries even though he's actually a high-rank spy of HSU. It has to be like that so he can hide his real identity and act as a mercenary legion. 30 seconds passed and they finally enter the firing range of their main cannon.

"Fire main cannon on their front battleship. Try to damage their ship as much as possible. Use our missiles too while firing our main cannon and try to aim and take down as many as their fighter jets," CAPT Lavard executes orders confidently.

"All combatants get ready to push through the hole on their formation as soon as it forms after our main cannon fired," the operator adds details to his superior's order.

*ZAAP! KABOOM. BOOM... BOOOOOM!!!* Tons of fighter spacecraft get caught in firing range and explode couples of seconds after railgun heats accumulated inside their spacecraft. Unfortunately, it just heavily damaging the opponent's leading vessel. Though it doesn't make it explode, it's enough to make the whole vessel's system malfunction from heat damage.

"Everyone charge and annihilate them all. Let them know who's the boss around here!" CAPT Lavard motivates them through his direction.

The way his captain acts truly raises his subordinate morale. *Let's go!* *Kill them all!* *Don't let them get away!* Those are what you can hear all over the commlink had all unit can talk on their own communicator. Well, it won't happen that way anyway. Otherwise, the line of command will sink below all those pilots' chats.

- Battlefront -

"Back me up. I get 3 aircraft behind me," Pilot A says and rolling his ship on space to dodge the opponent's machine guns barrages behind him.

"On my way," Pilot B answers then he locked and fires auto-homing missiles on jets which follow pilot A on his back while dodging his chaser as well.

Afterward Squad 1 leader where pilot A and pilot B currently positioned in tells, "Keep yourself on formation and backup each other while advancing to enemy's hole on their formation that our mother ship opened for us."

"Acknowledged. Over," his subordinates reply.

One after another squad tries to march forward while maintaining their arrangements so they can defend each other easily on their way to breach the opponent's fighting aircraft formation. It may sound easy for the military army to do it but it's hard for a mercenary who's not professionally trained to be soldiers on the battlefield, to be honest. They can try their best and hang into that discipline if they want to survive until the end of this skirmish.

Pilot C shots his rifle from afar and blows another pursuer behind pilot D. With the burden lessen on pilot D's back he takes down 2 remaining ships which following pilot A for quite a while now. Next, they free up pilot D from his tailing enemy.

"Squad 2 and squad 3 please cover our way breaking their front line," squad 1 leader requests another squad near their location.

"Ok," the squad 2 leader replies then followed by the squad 3 leader afterward.

- HRA battleship -

"Sir, HSU fighter spacecraft start to penetrate our front line. It seems they manage to disable our medium carrier in the front line from overheating. If this pace keeps up, we may not last long before we get annihilated by them. Need instructions, Sir," his temporary vice-captain states.

"Let's gamble out our chance to flee now. We can no longer lose out much more than this. Everyone covers up our battleship retreat!" LTC Harrington directs.

"Sir, we detect heat beam charging from another 2 opposing battleships cannon. Shall we focus on covering out our engine while we turn back?" the operator asks for direction.

"That's a good idea. Do it as you suggested," LTC Harrington replies.

*Explosions sounds spread behind them* It shocks them when they see what happens.
