50. The Contract Signing

After yesterday's incident, Rissa received a warning letter for breaking the office door. She deducted her salary to pay compensation. She did not want to burden Satria because she felt indebted to Satria, who had helped her at that time.

Her memory of Charlos still haunted her from time to time. No matter how hard she tried to forget the terrible incident, it still didn't work. The memory of Charlos's handsome face kissing a man was etched in her head.

Almost every night, she had the same dream. She woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and then restless until morning. And then, she repeated it the next day.

Rissa was so tired that she didn't remember to practice the choir. Pamela called her and asked her to meet, but she still wasn't ready to talk. She still couldn't tell Esther either.

Now, she understood what Esther meant about Charlos. Esther must have known long ago that Charlos had an interest in men.
