95. The ICU

The following day, the doctor allowed Rissa to go home. Even though her shoulders were still sore, but at least she was much stronger. She was still sadly staring at her feet full of blisters.

Rissa thought whether she could still wear high heels again or not later. So, Rissa sighed. She didn't take the beautiful shoes that Charlos gave her last time. Rissa stored all the shoes in the apartment. It's so pity that she would never have that beautiful shoes again.

Today, Satria had something to do, so Pamela picked her up to go home. Pamela helped Rissa into the wheelchair. She didn't refuse to sit there this time, considering that her blistered feet would only slow her down.

"Rissa, are you ready to go home?" asked Pamela as she came back from administration to take care of all the paperwork and hospital bills.

"Mel, is it okay if I visit Charlos now?" asked Rissa.

"What? Ah, all right." Pamela nodded. So, she took Rissa to the fourth floor.
