100. The Scar

The sunlight entered Rissa's bedroom window, dazzling her eyes. She blinked her eyes and yawned so widely as she stretched her body.

Suddenly, Rissa was surprised when she realized that Nicholas curled up beside her. Rissa even just hugged him and thought it was like a bolster.

Nicholas's brown hair looked a natural mess. His face seemed so innocent, like a sleeping baby. His chest heaved up and down, and his breathing was steady.

Rissa immediately gasped and sat on the bed. Her heart was beating very fast. This situation is outrageous. She never slept in the same bed with a stranger. Even though Nicholas was her stepbrother, but still, she couldn't possibly sleep with a man who wasn't her husband. They had only known each other for a few days.

Hurriedly, Rissa checked her clothes. So far, she's safe; none of her clothes exposed. Then Rissa thought hard. She tried to remember what happened last night.
