The Blue Boy Again

He awoke with a startle to the sun hitting his eyes. Confused, he looked around, not realizing where he was for a moment. Then all the events of yesterday suddenly came back to him, hitting him like a truck.

He rubbed his face and checked to make sure he looked fine in the rear view mirror. He was still parked at the side of a road, but at this early in the morning, there were no cars whirring past.

He checked the time: It was 4:30 in the morning.

He checked his phone for any notifications, and almost accidentally clicked Changming's number. Sighing, he put his phone down and started the car before putting it into drive. He didn't have the energy to convince him anymore, not now, anyways. Maybe later in the evening, he would phone him and see what happens.
