Mizuki doesn't retire immediately to bed once she's in the comfort of the bedroom, and it's not because she doesn't want to fall asleep, but it doesn't come to her as easily as she'd predicted it.
She would've thought spending an entire day on a quest that involved the use of her dwindling emotional capacity would leave her drained enough to fall asleep the moment she touched the bed.
And while she is definitely drained, she has slept too much in the afternoon for her to succumb to her slumber any quicker.
Bored, she tucks her arms behind her head and tries to sleep.
Moments seem to pass until she hears the door creak, and a shadow emerges from the crack of light of the door held slightly open. She sits up, rubbing her eyes and she notices Hinata walk in, still unbeknownst to the fact that she's awake.
