Roommates

It took Crimson an hour in getting to the dorms. When she arrived at the street, there are giant buildings aligned for at least three blocks. She doesn't exactly know where her dorm was so she was just going back and forth. She was looking around when she bumped into someone.

"Oh! I'm so sorry!" she exclaimed while picking up some of her stuff that fell.

"It's okay." the guy answered while helping her.

"And I noticed that you seem lost since you've been going back and forth for a while now." the guy continued handing her the stuff he picked up.

"*chuckles* ah yeah. It's pretty confusing for me," she answered while arranging her things.

"Let me see your key, I might be able to help you." the guy offered her.

"Omg yes! Thank you so much! I just really wanna lie down right now."

The guy laughed as she handed him her key.

"Oh this is a key for Building 6 and the number below it is your floor number." the guy told her then gave her the key.

"Thank you so much! I'm Crimson by the way." she thanked him then extended her arm introducing herself.

"I'm Thelonios Dion. You can call me Thelo or Dion." Thelo answered accepting her handshake.

"It's nice meeting you Thelo. I should probably go now so I can settle my things. See you around." Crimson answered as she waved goodbye heading to the said building.

"See yah."

She heard Thelo answered as she continued to walk to block 2 where building 6 is located. After reaching the building she immediately went to the 4th floor while looking at her schedule where her room number is also written. She knocked at the door 30. A woman with shoulder-length icy blonde hair opened the door.

"Hi! You must be Crimson!"

The girl greeted her with a smile. Crimson nodded, the girl then let her in and showed her bed which was on the left side of the room. The dorm room was a lot bigger than she's expected, it was divided into four parts which were decorated differently.

The 1st part on the right side was decorated with a boho look, the wall was painted in tortilla brown with hung pictures of animals, a vintage bar cart became a nightstand when it's adorned with an alarm clock, reading materials, and fresh flowers, and a relaxed look by swapping a traditional desk for a low-lying console table and finishing the look with a cinnamon brown themed bed.

The 2nd part still on the right side was painted in pale blue with a faded snowflake pattern, blue lights are hanging in the ceiling and the shelves and desk are colored pale blue or white added with a round white fur mat and finishing the look with a pale blue bed with a white fur blanket.

The 3rd part which is on the left was the area of the girl who opened the door. The wall was painted white with plants hanging in them her desk and shelves were all funky-looking added with a few potted plants to it, beautiful wall art pieces that feature scenes of nature, trees, flowers, and wildlife are hung on the wall and finishing it with a wood designed bed with a blanket with a leaf pattern.

The 4th part which was her side was still looking plain and gray. Crimson saw her luggage on the bed, so she went to it and started arranging it on her cabinet.

"Hi again. I'm Amaris Diane Callista but you can call me Aris or Diane. This one here is Alyvia Elle Canaris or Ali."

She introduced the girl in the hobo-styled area of the room. She has Ash Brown hair and is dressed like a stylish hippie. She then introduces me to the girl in the winter-styled area. She has grayish-blue hair and is dressed in a short-sleeved loosed plain white maxi dress.

"and the last one here is Zephyrine Celestine Henderton or Zephyr."

Crimson smiled and greeted them to which they immediately answered.

After a while, she finally finished arranging her things and was about to lie down when Ali spoke.

"You about to nap Crimson?" she asked and she nodded as an answer and proceeded to lie down and close her eyes but was interrupted again when she felt her feet were getting pulled out of bed.

"What the?!"

"Girl No! You are not going to sleep unless you decorate your area of the room!" Aris exclaimed.

"But I'm fine with it." the three girls shook their heads not agreeing with her.

"No! I know we're only gonna be together for six months but come on! gray is boring! Let's go to the mall and shop for decorations!" Zephyr answered.

"Yeah! We can tour the campus in the process." Ali added.

She got up and looked at the three who are looking at her as well with puppy eyes. she sighed.

"Fine."

"Yes!" the three girls cheered.

"Let's dress up and leave after 10 minutes," Ali instructed.

The four of them then went to their own closets to dress up. Crimson picked a black striped full sleeve round neck top and skinny leggings and black flat shoes. she then put her hair in a messy bun before grabbing her purse before going out. She saw that Ali is wearing a pink tunic dress, short shorts, boho boots in the color Akoya, and pink sunglasses. Zephyr is wearing a rich blue suit jacket with a white dress, and glossy silvery flats. and lastly, Aris was wearing a white wool pullover, an orange jacket, orange pants, and mesh shoes with golden chains.

"Wohoo! Let's go!" Aris exclaimed when she saw that she was finished dressing up.

All of them went down and started walking in the direction of the mall, turns out no vehicles are allowed inside the campus so everyone was required to travel by foot. After a few minutes, they were finally outside 15th street which was the street for all the dorms. they then passed a building with about 5 floors.

"Those are the dorms for the instructors," Aris told her when she noticed that Crimson was looking at the building.

"The academy has like 20 or 30 instructors all in all," Zephyr added.

"There's only a few of them but I'm telling you they're the best of the best!" Ali finished.

"How'd you know? Aren't we all new students?" Crimson asked clearly confused about how the girls obtained the information. The three girls chuckled.

"My mom and dad were alumni here, so were Zephy's mom and her sister, and Ali's dad, brother, and sister," Aris explained.

"So all three of you have at least one or two relatives who studied her before?" she asked and the three nodded as am answer.

"And they're all agents right now?" she added.

"Well my mom is retired, I think so are Aris' parents and Ali's dad stopped being an agent once he got married," Zephyr answered.

"How come you don't know? You can't be enrolled her if none of your relatives studied here in the past." Ali asked.

"Apparently I'm qualified," she answered. The three girls looked at each other before shrugging their shoulders and continued on walking while telling her the purpose of the buildings they passed by.

After 20 minutes of walking, they finally arrived at the campus' mall.

"So what would you like as a theme in your area?" Aris asked as they arrived at the entrance.

"Well, I've been very obsessed with outer space since I was young and --"

"Say no more! We got you!" Zephyr interrupted then pulled her off to the third floor to a wallpaper store.

"So pick a wallpaper for your walls," Ali told her as the four of them on a wall full of wallpaper samples.

"How?!" Crimson questioned.

Crimson looked at the wall full of samples. There are some with only plain colors and others with different patterns.

"Okay. To not make it confusing, let's start with wallpaper with the outer space-themed patterns." Aris suggested. So the four of them headed to the left side where it was located.

"So which do you want? The one with planets? galaxies? asteroids? or just plain stars?" Ali immediately asked while showing her the different samples.

"How about this one? It looks realistic since the stars look small plus it feels like their twinkling." Crimson said while showing them the sample.

"Great! Let's go!" Zephyr excitedly stated. After buying the wallpaper, Zephyr pulled them to the Light store.

"Let's not waste time. What do you want as a lamp a moon or a sun?" Zephyr asked the moment they arrived at the store.

"Umm. Moon?"

"Okay!" Zephyr stated before going out trying to find a moon lamp.

After about four hours, they finally finished shopping for decorations and they are now inside a restaurant to eat.

"Okay, so you wanna ask us some questions?" Aris starting the conversation when their food arrived.

"Ah Yeah. Could tell me more about the campus buildings cause I just don't wanna be lost in the future."

"Well you're with us so you won't be lost but we'll tell you cause I know we're not always together," Aris answered.

"So as you know on the west side of the campus, the dorms are located both for students and instructors. The students' dorms are composed of 10 blocks 5 buildings each bloc and the instructors' dorms are composed of 2 blocks 3 buildings each block. The west side is also composed of different buildings only the instructors are allowed to use so we won't be saying anything about that since we don't know their purposes as well." Ali started explaining.

"On the north side of the campus is where the main gate is located. This is where the main office is located which includes the headmaster's office, instructors' offices, and different meeting rooms. This is also where the gymnasiums are located, the academy has 3 gymnasiums one for important announcements and programs, another one for unscheduled training activities meaning students who couldn't afford to schedule a time in the training rooms for the day, and the last gymnasium is used as a theater in which by the way you'll get next year hehe." Zephyr added.

"The east side is composed of all the classrooms. That includes chemistry, stunts, technology, weapons, and more. this is also where all the training rooms are located. there are 50 training rooms each student or team can schedule at the max of 2 hours per day." Aris continued.

"And of course the south side is where all the other typical city places are located like the park, hospitals, malls, restaurants, etc. Lastly, is the field located in the center of the campus is where all outdoor trainings that are not possible to do in the training rooms are held." Ali finished.

Crimson just nodded while listening to them while asking questions from time to time. When they finished eating, they immediately went home.

"Alright! Wear your working outfits, you guys, this will take a while." Aris stated as she picked up the wallpaper they bought while wearing an evil grin on her face.

'This will be a long night.' the girls thought as they see Aris clearly motivated to work.
