'Arrested'

"Don't apologize. Wait for me, there. I will come to you. Let's talk properly, alright?" Lucas was about to leave the room but, he halted as the confessor called him. He looked over his shoulder in the holes' direction.

"No... Please, don't father. L-Let me talk to you this way. I don't want you to see my face, right now."

"Lily. I—"

"Father. I hope you won't forget my favor just like how you still remembered Lily who ran away a decade ago. This box, keep it. Thank you, father." The confessor remarked in the most distressing tone. "I will leave now."

Lucas didn't respond anymore and just ran outside of the room and hastily went to the other side of the room— where the confessor should be.

But, he froze as he saw nothing— the chair was empty. Only the box and a cloth on top of it were left on the floor.
