Chapter 59:

(Sakuya POV)

I couldn't be any prouder of my clones than I am right now.

They gave me such a wonderful gift, an unknown scenario to experience, something to relieve me of my boredom. There is no better gift that they could have given me.

Granted, they didn't perform the Bakugo verbal humiliation act as subtle as I would have been. The clone just called Bakugo villainous scum and sowed seeds of doubt amongst the public regarding Bakugo's future career.

It was direct, and to the point, which I can respect. However, it just wasn't how I would have personally gone about things.

I would have; made use of the database website to expose how many crimes he had committed, stayed as formal as possible, and have had the public be the one to inevitably call Bakugo scum instead of lowering myself to do it.

What I did really appreciate, though, was that they managed to rope All Might, his idol, into their plans. It would both hit hard for Bakugo, and give AFO the motivation to try to still recruit the blonde despite him not being chained up on the podium this time around.

I was very happy watching the entire thing unfold. But, I managed to keep up my facade of cold indifference, so people would think that I didn't wish to do this and that my clones were acting out on their own again.

I had to put so much effort into the mask so it wouldn't break down and I would burst out laughing in undisguised joy. That would have affected my image and made people question my sanity and the clone's claims validity due to my sanity being called into question.

Of course, my classmates could only look at the boy in disappointment.

Melissa was really affected by my clone's revelations regarding Bakugo, especially the ones regarding Bakugo's past of assaulting the quirkless. That hit a little too close to home for the OFA holder.

Momo didn't care at all, probably expecting that something like this would have happened. Perhaps she was just too busy trying to inhale the scent of my vanilla shampoo to notice in the first place.

"Saku-tan~! Did you know that was going to happen? Was that why you disappeared before the match started for a few minutes?" Toga started interrogating me.

Deciding that I needed to 'tame' the excited vampiress in front of me, I started doing the only thing that I could think of at the moment. I took a choccy milk carton from the void, handed it to her, and pulled her into a side-hug + head pat combo.

It was super effective!

She immediately forgot about the question she asked, in favor of just enjoying her newfound comfort. Unfortunately, the people that were eavesdropping on the conversation decided to speak up,

"So… Did you know about that verbal beatdown he experienced beforehand or not, Sakuya-san?" Shoji asked.

"Of course not, it's just my clones messing around once more without my permission. If I did know about it beforehand, though, I would have instructed them to be much more subtle about their insults."

"So you wouldn't have stopped it?"

"Are you being serious?

"…"

"Oh god, you are!"

"Indeed, I am."

"Why would I stop it in the first place?

I already have to hold back immensely so I don't erase him from existence because of his disgusting, vile, and frankly revolting personality.

I've helped the - and please pardon my language - bastard enough for one lifetime by virtue of not unleashing my pent-up aggression on him yet."

"I would have thought you wouldn't be so pent up after what happened a few minutes ago~" Mina cheekily added.

"Trust me, Mina, my stress has completely faded. Unfortunately, my distaste for Bakugo's current demeanor is eternal. So, no matter how many times I 'exercise', his presence is enough to rile me up just by being within the same vicinity as him."

As I enjoyed the sensation of Momo cuddling up into my chest, Toga happily nuzzling her head into the palm of my hand, and the looks of curiosity regarding my 'exercises', the matchups for the next round were announced on the screen for all to see.

[Melissa vs Toga]

[Todoroki vs Iida]

[Reiko vs Yaoyorozu]

[Inasa]

"Well, I hope that Inasa enjoys his extension to his break timer." I mused.

[[Can competitors, Melissa and Toga, please make their way towards their assigned waiting rooms. A teacher will come and guide you to the tunnels a minute before the match starts.]]

"Ugh~!" Toga groaned, before leaving my embrace reluctantly.

"I didn't know you liked Sakuya's doting so much, Toga." Tsuyu said surprised.

"It feels so comfy~! But, my groan was also for having to fight someone I will lose against, so there's that."

"Oh~? Are you going to give up then?" I asked.

"Nope~! I'm going to do my best, and see if that works!"

"Good luck, Toga. I'll keep the seat free for when you return."

Just before she left through the door, she hesitated. Turning on her feet, she spun around, and spoke out to me,

"Saku-tan~! Do you think you can give me some blood, please~?"

That's not the greatest idea, especially when my body has billions of quirks in it. She would go brain dead, or maybe even explode if she tried using quirk mimicry on it. I informed her of some conditions for taking my blood,

"If you planned to use my blood, which has too many quirks to count, you would explode when trying to use quirk mimicry. So, tell me what quirk you want, so I can isolate it for you in a clone."

"Can I have Aizawa-sensei's?"

I then got to work creating a clone and erasing all of the quirks apart from Homeless-san's Erasure.

I can't wait to see Kan's face when his daughter chose to transform into his self-proclaimed rival. It would be funny to see if Homeless-san gets into trouble for 'assisting' a participant too.

When it was finally completed, I gave the clone its order,

"Go with her to the waiting room, and let her take as much blood as she needs. When that is finished, come back for termination."

The clone gave a lazy salute and walked over to Toga. The two interlocked arms, and happily skipped away towards the waiting area assigned for them.

'Not even a 'thank you'? I'm gonna have to give Kan some embarrassing photos to tease her for that lack of manners.'

"Why didn't you just give Toga the quirk, instead of going through the extra steps?"

"This way she has a time limit to how long she can use Erasure. I didn't want to make her too~ powerful."

Melissa was confident, to say the least.

Sure, she knew of her blood-drinking friend's quirk mimicry ability, however, she was all the more confident in her own quirk.

This confidence is mainly due to Sakuya telling her just what quirks were inside of said quirk. All she needed to do was wait some more, until the freeloading dead people inside of her would finally do something and unlock them for her.

She has two of the quirks out of the seven; Danger Sense, and the stockpiler. The one she wanted to unlock as soon as possible was Float.

The blonde teen always had dreams of her quirk finally developing, and it would allow her to fly in the sky, as free as a bird. Sure, Float wasn't exactly granting flight but more of levitation, but the point still stands.

The two quirks she currently had, were the best for her current situation by a long shot. The teen sucked in close-quarters-combat, she accepted that painful truth a while ago, but Danger Sense allows her to close the gap between her and more skilled opponents.

All the teen had to do now was wait until her name was called, and she would enter the stage to inevitably make it to the semi-finals where she would then be facing Todoroki.

Now that matchup had her scared.

She saw just how the heterochromatic teen had taken on a person who transformed into a size bigger than Mt.Lady, and that was without his fire side. So, he definitely had enough firepower to take her down, and she knew that.

Thoughts about using 100% smashes to match his firepower, maybe even overpower it, littered her busy mind. However, she quickly dismissed those thoughts. Sakuya said that she shouldn't use those unless her own, or someone else's life was on the line.

She would follow those instructions because it made no sense to go against Sakuya for such a small thing as winning a match.

Her peaceful wait was soon ended when a staff member came into the room to escort her to the tunnel. The teen had no idea why they were being escorted now when they weren't the first time around but decided not to question it.

Toga was very happy approaching the stage.

She had just finished sucking 'Sakuya' for all she needed, and now had the element of surprise on her side.

When she transforms to use Erasure, she will not look like Aizawa, no, she will look like Sakuya. That will throw Melissa, her opponent, through a loop.

With Melissa now thinking that she has Sakuya's overpowered time quirk, which Melissa knows just how powerful it is, she may even just give up on the spot! At least, that was what she hoped for.

If this went to blows, and Melissa somehow managed to escape her line of sight, she had no idea how Sakuya's comfortable clothes would hold up against them. The last thing she wanted to do was expose Sakuya's nude body to the masses.

Finally reaching the stage, she heard Mic's introductions start up,

[[Welcome back, ladies and gents!! This is the next round of the tournament, which has been spectacular!! Now, let me introduce our competitors for this matchup.

On one side of the field, we have Melissa!! She can throw a mean punch that I don't think anybody would want to be on the other end of!!

Versus!!

The shapeshifting vampiress, Toga!! She has shown to be an agile foe, with a tricky personality!!]]

"Are you both ready?"

"Yep~!" she replied.

"Yes, Midnight-sensei!" her opponent replied much more formally.

[[You heard them, folks!! 3, 2, 1, start!!]]

She wasted no time at all in choosing to transform.

Her opponent was already building up their power, and she wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible before she ended up in a Shinso scenario. Namely, being embedded into one of the stadium walls.

As soon as the transformation process was finished, she felt something she hadn't before, she felt brand new. Her senses were heightened, musculature denser, her stamina felt limitless.

'Did Sakuya forget to remove a second quirk?' she questioned idly.

[[It seems that the person of Toga's choosing this time around was our very own, Sakuya Izayoi!! She sadly can't participate herself, due to her being the medical hero on hand for today as a result of Recovery Girl being on a relief mission!]]

She didn't believe that nonsense at all, Sakuya wasn't competing because she'd kick everyone's asses. They couldn't have that be broadcasted live.

Her opponent shot off like a rocket, on a trajectory path to fly right past her left side. She immediately kicked in with Erasure, in hopes that it would slow her down. It didn't.

[[I've seen those eyes before, she's using Erasure, the quirk of my co-host!!]]

[[Accurate deduction, Mic. Sakuya came in here to copy my quirk, as she does with all other quirks temporarily through touch, I assume that Toga managed to get a blood sample from Sakuya while she still had my quirk copied.]]

'Nice save Aizawa-sensei!'

Her opponent bolted right by her, but because she no longer had the strength necessary due to her quirk being switched off, she couldn't stop where she would have liked. She ended up overshooting by three feet, a thing Toga took advantage of right away.

Using her new body, which she was still adjusting to, she landed a spinning heel kick on her now quirkless opponent. It didn't connect where she wanted it to, aiming at the mastoid as she did earlier to Kendo, but a kick to the chin was good enough.

As soon as she blinked Melissa was already in front of her and planted a fist right into her diaphragm. She couldn't activate Erasure in the split-second she needed to before the impact landed. She tensed her newly gained abs and tried to cushion the blow.

It, unfortunately, wasn't enough. Even with the extra durability, she gained from Sakuya's body, Melissa's punch was just far too powerful. She could hear the cracking of bones, and could only hope that the sound originated from Melissa.

She was sent flying back across the arena stage, she tried to dig her heels into the concrete to slow down her journey, but the pain caught up to her.

"Fu-agck!!"

Blood was coughed up, and she soon found herself out of breath. She immediately fell to her hands and knees, desperately trying to catch her breath. Coughing and wheezing as she tried to stabilize herself, she tried to call out to Midnight to stop the match, but all that came out of her mouth was blood.

The only saving grace she had was that Melissa wasn't beating down on her limp body.

(Sakuya POV)

'Fluffy-chan, if you don't fucking get Midnight's retarded self to call this match, I WILL erase her right fucking now. Toga has a punctured lung, and has had her ribcage eviscerated yet the stupid bitch is there not doing anything!'

After sending that telepathic message to the chimera, I contacted my clone in the infirmary,

'Get on the field, and retrieve Toga, she needs medical treatment asap.'

After sending the messages I could only let out a deep sigh. I couldn't understand some people. What's the fucking point in having people call the match before it can go too far if they aren't going to do that simple fucking job anyway!

"The match is over! Toga has been incapacitated, Melissa moves on!"

[[And Melissa does it once again!!]]

"The stupid teacher finally did her job..."

Feeling a tug on my hoodie, I looked down to meet Momo's worried face.

"Is Toga going to be okay?"

Running my fingers through her hair, I replied with a sigh,

"Yes. Only because I am here, though. If I chose to spend my free day to do literally anything other than come here, Toga might have been killed by Melissa's punch."

"Oh my..."

"Toga's condition is only a fractured rib cage, and punctured lungs, because of the serum in my body that she transformed into. If she didn't have that, the stadium would have a healthy new shade of red covering the stands."

Pinching the bridge of my nose, I continued,

"This is why I told Melissa to not go all out. Her own body can't even handle it, for god's sake!"

"Hm~? What are you going to do now?"

"Nothing, my clones will do it for me."

I could only chuckle as a smile blossomed on her face when she heard I wasn't going anywhere.
