After getting all my talents and merging my Body Roots ,I went to the main hall and on my way you could see a lot of young servants around the age of 16. That's because it's the talent testing day. If a servant has a good enough talent then he may go to cultivate in the outer sect. Of course no reason to bore with the details. There were a couple of servants who had enough talent to go and then it was my turn. I went up and the head servant told me to put my hand on an orb. It was a Spirit Root Testing Orb. I put my hand on it and the orb started to slowly crack and break apart. The head servant went to replace the orb and then told me to put my hand on another orb. This was a Body Root Testing Orb. I also put my hand on it and once again it broke ,except this time it shattered to dust. Once again the head servant replaced the orb and continued with the assessment as if this was a normal occurrence. Then after he finished testing everyone else ,walked out of the hall and once the door closed he started running towards the outer sect.

I had gone back to my residence since I had finished all my chores. I still had yet to cultivate because I didn't want to stand out. Although my cultivation level will be hidden ,the changes on my body cannot be hidden as easily. A couple minutes later a deacon from the outer sect came to retrieve me from the servants quarters. They had heard the report and thought I was a genius. Of course I totally am. With my Time Root I can cultivate anywhere and have abundant Spiritual Qi ,because time is everywhere.

"Feng Xian ,there you are. Come with me to the outer sect. You have been promoted to an outer sect disciple."

Just an outer disciple? Did they make a mistake somewhere? Oh well ,this works out for me since I want to be low-key.

Oh. So I'm basically making up for my weaknesses with this technique. Great! I've become just the tiniest bit stronger with this.
