System: the last host didn't like the dinging noise so he cancelled it so if you want the dinging then open it first.

Jin DongHai: fuck you! What does the last host cancelleding the dinging have to do with me!!!

System: nothing really but if you did something like cancelleding things then it stays like that until it changed by a host.

Passed a week. Jin DongHai sneak to the kitchen with systems help and looked around. It looks better then the old kitchen from before. Lots of different sizes of pots. And the big pans the is all old ones from ancient China.

The stone wall is hard and seems not easy to break. The floor is not dusty and no one is here right now. I sneak out when Heng JiangYan was out. I probably need to hurry now.

I'm making Kung Pao chicken! Kung Pao chicken is a spicy, stir-fried Chinese dish made with cubes of chicken, peanuts, vegetables, and chili peppers.

I need to find the things I need for it first. Chicken broth or stock, Light soy, dark soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar and Chinese wine. Chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes.

Red and green bell peppers (or capsicums) and the traditional roasted peanuts. You can also add in diced celery, sliced carrots and/or zucchini and you need Szechuan pepper. Thank goodness they have all of that here.

I'm going to marinate chicken pieces in a mixture Chinese wine (vinegar or sherry or rice wine. But I'm not sure if they have them here.)

Then let the chicken sit. I'll be making the sauce for the Kung Pao Chicken. 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock (or broth) -- water can be used. 5 tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar (or substitute good-quality balsamic vinegar), 2 tablespoon Chinese Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry), 2 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cornstarch / corn flour

Then I'm going to quickly fry the marinate chicken in hot oil before finishing them off in the stir-fry with other ingredients. The cornstarch/soy/wine marinade not only provides amazing flavour to the chicken.

Add all of then to a dry pan, wok or skillet over medium heat. Stir for about one minute until fragrant. Then transfer to a mortar and pestle to grind. Finnish! Let it cool. Jin DongHai took the food to his- not really- room and sat down to eat. Some servants saw him but didn't care. Jin Gongzi walked around lots of time and Wangye let him so they don't seem surprised about him but they are surprised that he have weird red food in his hands. They don't have many red food here. Some people thinks the spicy food are not good for you or they are poisonous so can't be eaten. So Jin DongHai span a lot of time finding it. There is some people who likes spicy food so these people fight with the non spicy food people a lot.

Heng JiangYan came back to his building with his soldiers. When he opened his door...
