Chapter 29: Why Cheese is rare

The servant that was holding the plate came forward. Opening the lip as Jin DongHai said to him.

The smell came out and the near seats all smells it. It is a delicious smell they do say. The emperor smell it and oder his eunuch to get it for him. "Pizza? What is it made of?"

"Flour, tomato, meat and chees-" Jin DongHai didn't finnish but they all exclaim.

"Cheese!?" a gasp was heard with the guest heard the word cheese. all of them turn to gossips to each other.

Heng JiangYan and Heng TianJun both had a shock face. Heng JiangYan didn't think that the pizza is made out of cheese because he thought it was made with the ingredient in the kitchen.

Cheese that most people like are very rare here. We don't know how to make them and the Emin kingdom wouldn't trade the recipe to us. So buying cheese is the only way. The people would trade gold for a taste if them. But the Emin kingdom don't value gold at all. So The Heng kingdom doesn't know what to trade. So the trading went downward.

Heng TianJun was shocked because no one got cheese from the Emin kingdom for years after they saw that we don't have what they want.

Heng TianJun was a fan of cheese but no one knows because it's a traditional to not let people know your taste buds. Assassination can come for your favorite food because they know your taste. Heng TianJun didn't taste cheese for a few years. He almost forgot the taste.

"Ah.. Your supposed to eat it with your hand." said Jin DongHai who saw that the emperor wanted to eat it.

"How?" Heng TianJun asked.

Jin DongHai went up to him and picked up the pizza. "You are supposed to hold it like this and bit it on the point." demonstrated Jin DongHai.

When he saw that the emperor knows how to hold it, he walked to Heng JiangYan side with the slice of pizza.

Heng TianJun immediately chow down the pizza. He didn't let the eunuch to taste test if it's poisonous. Cheese gotta be variable. No one here use cheese to poison people. There are many other ways. Wasting cheese is not the best choice for anyone here.

But some may poison it if they hate the emperor very much. But who knows that the emperor likes cheese?

No one. He didn't tell anyone so it's not possible to have anyone know besides himself. He only ate it secretly when all the servants are gone and he's by himself.

Jin DongHai gave the pizza to Heng JiangYan and teach him how to hold it. Heng JiangYan and Heng TianJun bit into it. The taste explode in their mouth. The side and crunchy wheat(bread) with tomato and cheese, chewy, moist, slightly acidic, and sharp. salty and meatiness from the Meat. Mix it all together made it heavenly.

The guest drooled at the smell and wanted to eat it as well. But it's the emperor's gife. And the emperor didn't seem to want to share it with anyone when it's a few piece too.
