Dr. Owens: Hello listeners. Today's recording might be cut short because of some unforeseen incident that has taken place a few days ago. It broke my heart and soul to see her get taken away, but I suppose it was for the best....I could tell that she was going a little off the tracks for some time now, but I never knew or anticipated she had been performing such ritualistic events in the very basement of our ||MESSAGE REDACTED||.

Dr. Owens: Nevermind that. On a much brighter note, the skeletal design of ||MESSAGE REDACTED|| has been built and is ready to have it's wires built in. I refuse to lose any more members of my own ||MESSAGE REDACTED||.

The message ends here. It is rather unfortunate, what happened to Penelope. Her reasoning for suicide is currently unknown, and seeing the circumstances, will forever be unknown. Attached to the audio file are 2 items, which are a picture of the blueprint, and another DEPD report that was recorded 2 hours sometime after Penelope's death. A blueprint for the skeletal design has been downloaded successfully, but requires a link to a separate source that might try to steal or hack into my personal database. Discretion in using outside source materials is highly advised.
