In attempt to get her toaster after it has been stolen, Aubrey accidentally entangles herself with the highest supernatural beings ever existed~ gods. 

These gods are dangerous, irrational beings, who have been banished for their sinful and diabolical acts. And they still remain atrocious in their actions when they find out the "missing piece" is hidden inside the body of a 19-year-old college student, Aubrey. This "missing piece" belongs to Kai— the highest god, the pure representation of evil who is incapable of emotions other than anger and grief. He wants to get reunited with his missing piece, which means he'll do anything to get closer to the girl. But his brothers and sisters are determined to hide Aubrey from him, so as to keep the missing piece safe, before Kai gets his hands on her.

Things start to go sideways as affection, greed and lust arises among the gods, especially when Kai's half-brother starts to fall in love with Aubrey.

WITH A SIGH, SHE SLOWLY PULLS HER GAZE OFF THE WINDOW TO STARE AT THE FRONT. It is right then she notices that they have already arrived in front of the University's gate. With a long, sad look, she stares intensely at the bold words written on the gate —MID-BAYERN UNIVERSITY— wondering if this is the last semester she will get to attend.

Getting closer to it, the gates open up, revealing the pleasant and chatter filled atmosphere that is called a decent learning environment.

Once the car stops, Aubrey quickly begins to pack up her water bottle, pushing it roughly into her backpack as she begins to retie her shoe laces with the feared thought of tripping over them and possibly dying— yes, she has gotten paranoid over the last few hours.

"You're still thinking about the Grim Reaper?" Kai's words pierce through the thick silence.
