24 The greed of Jezebel cries to heaven; ghosts of the past

Jezebel and Bella stood in front of Tatin. He was looking down.

"What do you want this time?"

Jezebel walked around, then, turned to Tatin. "You can't forever live in illusion. Somebody who lives in illusion is not fit to rule."

Tatin looked up, and straight to her face, he said:

"I knew it from the start. You wanted the wolf-dom."

"Justice. You had me divorced for somebody else who did not deserve you."

"I hope you understand what you are saying." Tatin said. The fire-bringers were on both sides, listening.

The alpha stood up from his seat, faced Jezebel, held her by the neck. "' you want the headship or you want me?" He looked straight at her and Jezebel seemed to have weakened that she almost wanted to give in to her desire. Then, she let go of his hands, and boldly declared: "The wolf-dom or Isabella's family?"

The wolves that belonged to both sides howled. They were curious what'd happen next? The six got themselves ready.

Tatin boldly declared: "No!"

Then, there was a huge howling, coming on both sides. Then, a melee ensued—a scuffle between Tatin's followers and Bella and Jezebel's followers. The fight raged on at midnight. There were casualties on both sides, but the wicked witches escaped.

In the new world, on a bright, sunny day

The ghosts of the past appearing

Behind the bushes, Josh, Jan, and Fr. Robert were hiding. Their ghost catcher was ready. When Jezebel and Bella appeared in front of the house, their eyes went big with what they saw, but they remained quiet. These must be the two women that the maids were talking about. The witches could not see them. Then, they unlocked the door. It was strange, no one's home. Everybody had gone outside. Then, they went out again, looked around. They knew not where to go. They just lost in their first attempt at power-grab. They had to hide somewhere, and this was the new world, the future. In their irritation, they saw a car speeding on the road. Bella swung her stick sideways and the car on the road turned turtle.

In a matter of seconds, they disappeared. The ghost catcher was able to record the events. Josh, Jan, and Fr. Robert were looking at each other, amazed at their discovery. The spillover theory was correct.
