Ashley's POV
After I spoke to Diego I called Rachel to ask if she told him I was in Japan.
"Yeah Ash what's up?" Rachel said immediately she picked up the phone.
"Did you tell Diego that I was in Japan?" I asked
" Yeah I did" she said unsurely
" Why would you do that? I need space and he wouldn't give me that. Please it's not easy talking to the man who raped me" I said a little annoyed.
"I know but at least just pick up his calls once in a while" she said
" I'll think about it but I can't promise anything, anyway how is Mira?" I asked her
" She's good but we still can't promise anything for now but she has been asking for you" she said sadly.
" Can I speak to her tomorrow then I've missed her a lot?" I asked missing my little girl
" Sure I'll see to it you speak to her in the afternoon around two maybe" she said
" okay goodbye" I said smiling.
"Bye and don't forget what we talked about" she said.
" Whatever I'll think about it" I said then hung up.
I can't understand that guy he hates me, I hate him why can't he leave me alone. I can't believe he was once my idol truly now understand what they mean by don't judge a book by its cover I needed to get rid of all this bad energy and negativity AKA Diego Christian Ramos.
I was pulled out my thoughts by my phone ringing.
"Brooks speaking" I said as I picked up the phone
" Yeah actually this is Catalina and I was hoping you could join me for lunch with some of my friends and bring Bianca tomorrow. Are you busy?" She asked
"oh no problem I'm free for tomorrow what time" I said
" okay meet us at Mi lang at one okay bye" she said
"okay bye I'll meet you there tomorrow" I said then hung up
I finished with the designs then packed up and went to a fast food restaurant.
I ordered a smoothie and burger to go. I was going through my mails while sipping my smoothie when I heard the chair in front of me scraping the ground but I didn't look up.
"Hi" the person said making me look up to see a guy around my age with brown hair and green eyes all in all he looks good
" Hi, may I help you?" I asked raising my eyebrow at him
" Actually yes I saw you sitting all alone and I left my friends over there to come keep you company" he said pointing to two guys sitting across the room.
"What makes you think I'm not waiting for someone and that I need company" I said now giving him my undivided attention.
"Call it instinct, it helps me a lot with people. I'm Liam Culhane by the way." he said giving me a charming smile
"Really I can see how that is working out for you Liam" I said smiling
"So do I have the pleasure of knowing this beauty's name or can I guess, I'm also good at that" he said still smiling
"Really let me see how good you are Mr Culhane" I said chuckling
" Okay, Belle"
"No" I said chuckling
"Sofia"
"No"

"No"
"Am I close?" He asked

"No" I said chuckling
"Alexandria"
"No, but because I don't like seeing you suffer I'm gonna tell you" I said smiling
"Ashley......Ashley Brooks" I said smiling.
"That was what I was going to say" he said looking serious.
"I know it was" I said chuckling
"I hate to cut this lovely conversation short but I have to be on my way now so bye" I said standing.
"Awwn why, I saw this conversation going all day till they kick us out" he said pouting which I just thought was cute.
" Sorry to burst your bubble, as much as I would love to continue this awesome conversation I have to leave" I said smiling at him.
"Okay then can I have your number?" He asked standing and bringing out his phone.
" Let's male a deal if we see each other again I would give you my number and maybe have a drink with you." I said smiling.
" I feel that would be almost impossible Japan is a big country " he said raising an eyebrow.
" It's a great deal and I feel we would still meet, call it instinct" I said smiling
"I'll take you up on that, I hope you are right though so see you soon" he said smiling tucking one hand into his pants pocket.
"Yeah" I said then left.
I went to the hotel immediately and freshened up. I wore a grey sweat pants and crop top, I went to bed and opened my laptop to check my mails while I ate my burger. I had finished my burger when Nick called.
"Hey Nick, how are you doing" I asked still looking through my mails which I have no idea how they became this much because I was working on it this morning like seriously.
"I should be the one asking you that question as I am not the one harbouring a child in me" he said
"Well if your question is how am I doing then I'm doing great thank you" I said smiling.
" Well I spoke to Diego yesterday and I confronted him about raping you but..........." he started.
"Can I have peace in Japan miles away from him! I came here hoping to take a break from him but why do I keep hearing his name. Also I'm sure he denied it since he was way too drunk off his ass to remember" I said angrily cutting him off.
"Ashley, I know how you feel but can you guys just discuss it when you get back. I'm sure he doesn't know what happened and he needs someone to tell him" he said trying to choose his words carefully but he failed.
"You don't know how I feel and I have nothing to say to him but he should just know We Are Never Getting Married and my child will never rely on him. I'm telling you Nick if I have to move to a different continent and send him to jail I will do it so do not piss me off and warn him" I said now pissed that people want me to try and work things out with him when it is all his fault.
" You know what I'll talk to you later have a nice day and bye" I said then hung up on him.
"Why do people not fight alongside me? Why can't everything just go back to normal when I was not stripped off of my Innocence?" I thought continuously while crying.
I slept off crying and it didn't matter that I would wake up with bags under my eyes.
" You think you can run from me uh" he said
" why do you keep doing this?" I asked
" who are you to ask questions I'm the boss here" he yelled slapping me so hard I fell to the ground.
" I'm sorry please don't hurt my baby I said curling up on the ground with my arms around my tummy.
" That bastard is not worth anything and if you don't do as I say my foot will be saying hello to your stomach understand" he said while I nodded
He smiled then bent to face me and started tearing my clothes off as I screamed and cried but he didn't care and nobody heard me. As he was about to thrust into me I woke up screaming and sweating or crying I'm not sure which but I have a feeling it's both.
I checked the time and saw it was just four so I went to wash my face and started preparing for the day ahead and I have a feeling it is going to be one hell of a day.
