"Eat it, Sky. To make you stronger." I placed the tray of food on the table next to Sky's bed.

He thanked me before picking up the tray. "Have you called Dylan yet?"

"He doesn't answer the phone at home and his cellphone is also dead," I said sadly. I sat in the chair next to his bed. I watched him as he eats the lunch I prepared for him.

Sky and I have clarified. I will never be able to leave Dylan. I love him so much.

I've been here in California for two weeks. There was a storm here in California so almost all flights were cancelled. the flood is subsiding just now so it's only now that I've been able to book my flight back to the Philippines. I can't stay here much longer without seeing Dylan. The longer I stay here, the heavier I feel.

I woke up in deep thought when Skyler held my hand. He squeezed my hand slightly.
