I was nervous to follow the woman I was talking to earlier, she was probably grassy looking man's mother because she looked like him especially with her eyes and nose.
Before I could reach the opening of their kitchen, I felt something slam into my shoulder.
"I'm so tired," he whispered to me, comfortably lying his head on my shoulder.
I gently removed his head.
"It's time to eat, get ready so I can go home too." I said calmly.
I didn't want to shout, especially since I was in their territory, they might even kill me here, it's hard and I still have many dreams in life.
I heard his sigh as we sat in front of her mother and Jurela.
Even though I'm nervous, it's like a big deal to them about what happened earlier with this man.
"What now?" disgusted he said while spooning fried chicken.
I sneezed and gulped down the glass of water that was by my side.
"Is she the one?" his mother said, calm but you obviously serious.
I bowed, I didn't know what to react because I didn't know what they were talking about, all I knew was that I seemed to be involved in their conversation.
"Did I bring anything other than that 'one'?" he saisd, smiling.
"You're so good at answering! You're no longer funny Tristan Jay!" Jurela shouted.
Mommy? Are they siblings? Or married?
"Look Jurela, I haven't brought any other woman here besides her, she's probably that." he sarcastically said.
"Your son is so rude Mommy! I'm irritated! Be respectful, Tristan Jay! I'm your sister!" she said irritably.
I sneezed.
"Can I go home after this?" I asked with a bow.
"No,"
"NO!"
"No!"
They answered me at once.
"Ah .. I just moved here in Manila, I still need to fix my belongings that are still piled up in my apartment," I said politely and tried to hide my surprise from them.
"You need to be here first dear, you need to spend the night here first. Tomorrow morning I will send you to your place of residence so you can get dressed and take a bath," his mother said.
" Ah no, I can go home alone now. I'm taking care of so much right now," I reasoned.
What am I going to do here?
"Later we'll talk again, let's eat first for now." she whispered and started eating.
I tried to eat well but I didn’t really force myself. It keeps running through my mind why I still need to stay here. Is that how the deal with them happened to this man?
After we had dinner, I offered to do the dishes, but they refused. One by one they left the table, I was left and did not know where to go.
Later, what they called grandmother Leoni went to the kitchen to put away the food.
"I'm not a guest here, I'll just do the washing, it's embarrassing." I was scratching at grandmother Leoni as I helped her put away the glasses and spoons.
"No, dear, take that down there and I'll take care of it. Go up to the study room upstairs, last door on the right, Lucila is looking for you." the old woman whispered as she just continued to shuffle.
"Are you sure you don't need an assistant?" I keep carving.
She just smiled at me in response and went straight to the kitchen with the food.
"Breaking news, heavy rain is expected tonight due to typhoon Indy. It is expected to land in metro manila this evening at 9 pm. All passengers are advised not to forget to bring rain protection, and avoid driving fast especially for motorists when it is already raining. Reporting --- "I never finished the news and I immediately turned around.
Although I was ashamed of grandmother Leoni because I didn't help her, I immediately went up to the second floor of their house to go to the study room that the old woman said.
It looks like it's raining hard. Tsk, I don't think I can really go home. How can my belongings interfere with my apartment?
I continued to step on their stairs and there was no space in this house that did not fascinate my eyes.
The size of their house, they are obviously really rich. The exterior of the house is beautiful but the interior is more gorgeous because of it's old -fashioned but very classic design.
Next time, I'll do the same. I just don't want a second floor because there might be a ghost HAHAHAHA and my dad is old enough to make sure so he might not be able to go up to the second floor, Kyle might also be ruined if our house has a second floor.
"I already warned you, Jay. I told you everything that can happen when you repeat the fatigue, right? Your coughing starts again, let me check your temperature,"
I stopped thinking because of what I heard coming from the room across from me. I peeked a little, I saw the man behind me, wearing a long white laboratory robe.
A doctor? Is it really that bad that I did?
"Your stubbornness won't do you any good. How many times have I told you to go back to the States for continued treatment, 37.2, drink lukewarm water with a little salt, then rest first." the doctor whispered after checking grassy looking man's temperature.
"I don't need to rest, uncle. And I especially don't want to go back to States just to do all of those stuffs. I'm done doing such treatments and medication, I don't want to go back to the four -corner hospital room. I wanna live my remaining life to the fullest. Excuse me." calm but you can tell he was annoyed when he said that then stood up and walk away.
I was shocked and couldn't leave immediately when the door suddenly opened and he showed up in front of me.
"You've been standing here for how long? What do you need?" he said seriously.
I looked up slightly at him and saw his very serious face but you could still see that he was feeling some pain.
"I'm just passing by, I'm looking for your study room. Grandmother Leoni told me that your Mom is waiting for me there, go ahead ah I'll continue--" I didn't finish what I was going to say when she suddenly pulled me down the stairs .
"What? Where are you taking me?" irritable I said but he did nothing but continue to walk while still holding me.
"Hey grassy looking man, let me go! Did I put your life in danger? Are you going to kill me?" I sighed but he just didn't have look at me.
He pulled the key out of his pocket, opened his car door and gently pushed me to sit inside.
"Where are we going? Don't be like this oh! Maybe you'll salvage my stomach!"
I stopped being hysterical when he got in the car and looked at me seriously.
"I'll take you home." he whispered and started to operate the car.
Their large, automatic gate opened automatically for us to get out.
"But it's going to rain now according to the forecast, maybe we'll catch more rain on the way," I was shocked when I said that.
He ignored me and just let me drive. I noticed the frown on his forehead, maybe because of my noise.
What's going on with this one again? He really changes his mood so fast, I can't get on this madman's brain. Here I am, Goddesses of sheep, take me to the powder of this crazy grassy man.
I lost track of what was what when my cell phone suddenly rang.
"Hello, who are they?" I said calmly.
"Ria, it's Clash,"
I automatically smiled because of the beautiful voice of the person on the other line. I giggled a little and moved my cell phone slightly away from me so that Clash wouldn't hear my trembling.
"Oh, Clash? You got called?" I try to calm myself down.
I even looked at the young man and felt the beautiful view while Clash was still on the other line.
"I just want to remind you that we have practice tomorrow morning at exactly 8 and after class, in the gymnasium,"
"Ah yes, Clash." Smiling, I replied to Clash.
He was already dropping the line after I told him that.
"Waaaah! Goddess of sheep, take me if I'm dreaming hahahaha!" I hissed uncontrollably.
"Tsk, Clash Clash you always look for Clash," he said wrinkled and didn't look at me.
"So what?" my response was rude.
Who wouldn't be thrilled, right? Clash Perez is like that hehe.
"It's raining." I change the subject and look down before looking at the very beautiful outside.
He never spoke again until we stopped at our corner.
I was about to go down when I realized if "How did you find my house?" I asked in astonishment.
I stared at him and nothing changed on his frown.
Before he could answer me, the sudden downpour of rain caught our attention.
He then handed over the umbrella from behind, he handed it to me.
"Use it and get out, before the flood comes out." he said coldly, he approached me so close that it caused me to close my eyes.
"Tss. Don't turn a blind eye, I won't kiss you." after he said that, my seatbelt loosened.
Tsk! Sheep too! What am I thinking?!
