Misled

The next morning in Darca, Kahlan woke up and came to my room to prepare me for the day only to find out I'm missing. She search the bathroom and my verandah hoping to find me but I was no where to be found. "Diana! Lady Diana." She called out as she looked everywhere for me. She noticed how rumpled my bedsheet looked and that my door was actually open when she initially walked in. She quickly went to Ingrid's chambers to find out what has happened but her room was equally met with no one in it. "What in the gods name is going on?" She wondered. She went through the castle to ask other servants if they've seen lady Diana or Ingrid but no one seemed to have seen them. She then went to lord Torren.

"My lord. Lady Diana and Ingrid are no where to be found within this castle."

"What? Have you looked in their chambers?" Lord Torren freaked out.
