The Mastermind behind it all.

In the field stood Blaze and Frost. On the other side there was a man with a hoodie on.

The wind blew at a very steady pace.

"We finally found you." Blaze said.

The man took off his rob to reveal his face.

He had blue hair with jet blue eyes.

"Those eyes…I knew it he's from my home clan." Frost said.

Blaze turned his full attention at the enemy.

"If it isn't jack. Old vice commander of the Frost clan." Blaze said.

Jack took off his jacket to reveal his huge arms that he had. He was very well built. His aura was so cold that there was ice forming around him and his body.

"If it isn't Blaze of the flame clan." Jack aid.

"Why the hell are you with a Frost member?" And not just anyone either. The kings child?, Jack asked.

Blaze looked and stared at Frost with a odd look on his face.

Jack started laughing.

"Oh yea that's right. His father was the one who killed your father, in the old day wars." Jack said as he laughed.

Frost just stared at Blaze. They said nothing to each other.

Blaze turned his attention back to Jack and smiled.

"That has nothing to do with him. That was his fathers doing and the army's. I don't have beef with kids,no matter where they are from." Blaze said.

Jack's smile disappeared.

"What are you talking about?. His father killed yours. You don't want some revenge?" Jack asked.

Blaze shook his head.

Jack put his hands on his head. Almost as if he was frustrated.

"Frost clan and fire clan have been fighting ever since the begging ages. And your telling me you don't want to kill his father? You don't even hate that boys guts?" Jack said.

There was a moment of silence between the three guys.

"Hate and revenge is a very sinister thing that people want. I will never be like that. No one should." Blaze said.

"Human life is so much more important then wanting revenge." Blaze said again.

Jack had an angry look on his face.

"Human life is meaningless. For a second I thought me and you could get along…flame user." Jack said.

"Explain how human life is useless or meaningless then." Blaze followed up.

"Human life is meaningless. Tell me Blaze. What do you think happens around the world every second?" Jack asked.

"People are born everyday, and every second." Blaze said.

"That is very true…but there life's are meaningless in the end. Blaze…what about the people that die everyday, and every second?,Hmm?. You see Blaze people like you don't think like people like me."

"Someone right now can be dying and you keep on having a big smile on your face. But when someone you care about dies then you want to cry."

"As I'm speaking right now someone can be starving,dying,depressed,abused,kidnapped, beaten,losing their parents, and so much more."

"And you have the nerve to tell me human life is not meaningless?"

"Everyone has their own aspects on life. But I know the truth. While you sit up on your throne ruling over people, living a great life. Of course you'd say life is important. But for people like me….live is hell and has always been that way."

"Hell. Even our lives are controlled by the government and so much more. Right from the jump as children, we are controlled. Have to go to school, get a job, the. Have a family and then die. That's the life they gave us." Jack said.

"Around the world there will always be dark when u are in the light, Blaze. I was in the dark myself and I was left there. So now…this is what I've become."

"Now Im here because of my heritage. And no one had helped me through dark times in life. Now I'm one of the upper leaders in our new clan." Jack said.

Blaze's eyes opened wide. "What do you mean by leaders of new clan?"

Jack said nothing. And just looked into Blaze's eyes.

"You'll never understand my pain." Jack Said.

"Frost…stand back for now." Blaze said.

Frost got behind Blaze.

"Tell me Jack. How many leaders are there in this clan?" Blaze asked.

"A total of three. Each with their own warriors." Jack said.

Blaze's fist went from normal to now lit up on fire. "How interesting. That just means if we can capture you then…we will have what we are looking for."

Jack has his hands in his pocket and said nothing.

Just then Summer, and Adisa came out from the forest around them.

Jade was on summers back still. Still passed out.

"We are finally here." Adisa said.

In one moment Summer felt the weight on her back disappear.

Jade was gone.

Summer looked at Jack and could see Jade laying on the ground next to him passed out.

"Don't touch my comrades." Jack said.

Everyone looked confused but Blaze.

"That's some real nice speed there…Jack." Blaze said.

Jack let out a little laugh. "Well, you'd be fast as hell too if you trained how I do."

Jack looked down to see Jade still out of it.

"Woah. Who the hell did this?" Jack asked.

Summer look at Adisa and Jack noticed it.

Jack pointed his finger at Adisa. "Boy….you beat Jade?"

Adisa said nothing and just looked at Jack.

"Ahh. Now much of a talker…well then. I guess I'll have to kill you." Jack said.

"Everyone get behind me. I'll handle this." Blaze said.

Jack had an angry look on his face. "Why Blaze?, why would you risk your life to save others?" Jack asked.

"You have all of this potential and you might just be throwing it all ages you know. You can't beat me. You have fire. Which is strong and all but, us Ice soldiers can make a solid from Ice."

"But for you fire clan people…you can't make a solid." Jack said.

Blaze had an annoying look on his face.

Everyone got behind Blaze and just watched.

"Hahahaha. This is exactly how your father died. Isn't that right Blaze?" Jack yelled over.

Blaze walked into the middle of the open field. Jack cracked his neck and ripped ooff his shirt. He started walking to the middle also.

But Jack could feel something Cling his ankle.

Jack looked down to see Jade grabbing him.

"Jade. You did well. Just relax while I kill them all."

Jade still didn't let go.

Jade looked up, looked Jack right in his her blue eyes and asked him, "were you responsible for my father's death?"

Jack looked straight ahead and stared at Blaze.

"This isn't a good time to talk. Let me handle this first." Jack said.

Jade tightened her grip on Jack's ankle.

"Two people from the Kani clan have told me that two people were there that day at the gate…and what they were wearing sounds a lot like some of our members."

So I'll ask you again….did you have them kill my father?" Jade asked.

Jack started scratching his head. Then he started to laugh.

He kept of laughing, in a hysterical way.

Then,in the blink of an eye he stopped and had a straight face on him.

"Jade…..yes I did assign them to kill your father." Jack said.

Summer's eyes grew with anger. She tried to run at Jack but Adisa held her back.

Blaze's body started to tense up. "I can't let my emotions get to me…or else I'll lose control." Blaze said to himself.

"Why…why would you kill him?" Jade asked.

Jack looked down at Jade. "I did it to save you…no young person should be forced to be something they can't be. No one is perfect.

I understand that you love him. But I freed you, and you know I did." Jack said.

"You could have done anything else. You could have just killed me or something." Jade yelled.

"No Jade. You've been in the dark for some time now." Jack said.

"Commander….this was part of your plan all along then, huh?" Jade asked.

Jack nodded his head.

"You see, the uppers in our clan assigned me this mission."

"To make the clans kill each other. At least on this side of the island." Jack said.

"I needed to use someone who I know our members would not have no problem at all killing. So I thought about how I found you that day and your father."

"And that's when it hit me. Bella said she and two others were headed there to your clan."

"So I decided to make it look as though the Kani clan had killed your father." Jack said.

"Jade. I'm sorry but I had to use someone to start this conflict. You know the other leaders would have been upset if I couldn't get the job done." Jack said.

Jade started crying.

"I don't think you understand what you've done." Jade said.

"I thought I was attacking a clan that killed my father, our leader."

"Everyone wanted revenge…..even the children."

"I understand our goal. But if we all had knew that you had something to do with his death then…then we would not be here right now." Jade said.

"I thought I was attacking traitors….but I'm the end it was my fault. I should have not trusted you or the others." Jade said.

"Now children are dead….and I attacked an innocent clan." Jade said in a sad voice.

"All this happened…all because you lied." Jade said.

Jack just looked at Jade with a blank look. As if he didn't care.

"Jade. Let go of my ankle. You look Wes and pathetic. Who cares if your lonely. There is much more pain in this world then that." Jack said.

"The plan was a success. This is happening among lots of the clans. Tensions are starting to rise and now we can watch as they cleanse each other for us." Jack said.

"Don't listen to this bastard." Adisa yelled over.

Jack turned his attention to Adisa now.

"It's called manipulation Jade. Don't listen to that coward."

Jack tilted his head to the side. "Hey…is that what I think it is? This boy had lots of energy in him….energy that he had yet to even touch." Jack said.

"Is he-ahhh I get it now, hahahahhah." Jack started laughing.

"Boy. After I'm done killing Blaze and all the others here. Your gonna have to come with me." Jack said.

Jade didn't let go of Jack's ankle yet. She was filled with anger and regret.

Jack kicked her and knocked her out cold again.

"No one attack. He's on another level from everyone else here." Blaze said.

Jack laughed again.

"Damn. This plan is working out so good right now."

"You see I knew that you would have came with your soldiers Blaze."

"Do you really believe your clan is safe right now?" You guys were trading with another clan today. It would be a shame if Dante was headed there to kill them right now and start a war between u guys." Jack said.

Blaze's eyes widened. "I see." He said.

Blaze turned around and looked at all of the kids.

"Damn it. It looks as though I'll need to act fast while defeating you." Blaze said.

Jack started walking to the middle once more.

"All this destruction….all because you tricked a girl. Wow." Blaze said.

"In your eyes I tricked her. But trust me….I'm saving her life." Jack said.

"All of you…head to my clan. I'm counting on you all to save them." Blaze said with a smile on his face.

Without any hesitation. Adisa got up and sprinted to where the clan was.

Everyone else quickly followed but Frost.

Frost started thinking about what AIDS said in that moment.

"You will need to stay just in case it goes south."

Frost say still and watched.

"You don't really believe those kids can beat him do you?" Jack asked.

Blaze had a smile on his face. "Trust me. I believe in each and everyone of them to protect my clan from the bastard Dante."

"But for now…I'll kill you. And then I'm gonna help them kill Dante." Blaze said.

Jack bald up his fist and ice started forming on them. Just how Blaze had fire on his Fist.

"Time to get it started." Blaze said, as he sprinted at Jack.
