The six monarchs

Aubrie and Colt opened the giant gates that allowed people in the clan. Everyone in the front part of the clan stared at Colt.

The clan was way bigger than it was four years ago. It looked like a giant city. Instead of people living in huts and little houses. Everyone lived apartments, mansions, and other huge buildings.

Colt and Aubrie ran through the clan, not stopping until they reached Udo's tower. Colt kicked up the door and yelled at the top of his lungs, "CAPTAIN!!"

"He's not here for crying out loud! I told you about screaming in the tower, you dumb ass!" The woman behind the desk complained.

"This is urgent!!" Aubrie said.

"He's at the meeting."

"Uhh…what meeting" Colt asked.

"The meeting that…all troops were supposed to attend with all the other clans"

"Are you lying?"

"Why the hell would I lie you little shit?"

Colt put the woman down and walked up to the woman behind the desk in a aggressive manner. "JUST TELL ME WHERE THE MEETING IS WOMAN"

"...the great mountain. It has always been the meeting-"

"Okay thank you, bye cutie!!" Colt yelled as he ran out the door, leaving Aubrie and the woman.

Aubrie walked up to the woman and asked politely, "could you please assign her a room? Uhh…a hospital room, please."

"Of course"

Colt sprinted through the forest leaving a trail of dust and smoke from his fast he was moving. The great mountain of our people and island. Not gonna lie, but I feel really pissed off right now, Colt thought to himself.

Colt could hear the sound of people cheering and talking. As lights brightened the night sky. "Right ahead!" Colt yelled as he noticed the ground disappeared from his feet.

Below him were thousands of people who were waiting for meeting to commence. Colt fell from a huge cliff area that was right above the meeting area.

"Move out of the way!!" Colt yelled while falling from what seemed to be the sky in everyone's view.

"What the hell is that?"

"Damn Kani"

"Move out of my way!"

Everyone cleared and watched as Colt fell in the ground. "What were you doin in the sk-"

"Sorry, I have to meet up with my clan!" Colt interrupted.

Colt shoved his way through the crowd. Above the crowd were multiple giant chairs. Each chair was for a representative of all the clans on the island.

Colt waited and waited, until a loud voice was heard above everyone. "Let the meeting…begin"

Everyone quickly fell into silence as a tall man with blue glowing hair took a seat. Which was the highest seat in the whole area. "My name is Joseph. I'm one of the high-up beings of the island. This is the first time you've seen one of our faces, but soon enough we will reveal ourselves to the world" Joseph laughed as he snapped his fingers.

"Light clan, Blood clan, Dark clan, Frost clan, Leo clan, Kani clan, and the blind clan…please let your leaders take their seats.

Colt watched as everyone took their seats. A woman who wore a long black robe and had her hair tied back with an arrow.

"Why isn't Udo here?" Colt asked himself. Colt stared and stared. The woman walked by him and stared him down. Yep, Jade hates me" Colt thought to himself.

Jade took a seat slowly. She turned her head and waved to the leader of the blind clan, who happened to be her brother.

"How have you been, sister?"

"I've been…alright, Joster"

"Why the hesitant voice? I know it's been years since we talked but-"

"I'd rather get this meeting over, thank you" Jade interrupted. Joster stared at Jade and slowly turned his attention to the edge of the mountains that surrounded the area.

"where's your leader, Udo?" Joseph asked Jade. "He didn't want to come" Jade said in a calm voice.

"It's not an option, you see. Everyone chosen is required to-"

"Udo isn't everybody. He doesn't want anything to do with you people" Jade scuffed.

"You seem to find this amusing. I found it very amusing when your father died and when you attacked the clan your now calling "home", Joseph laughed with sarcasm.

The whole crowd went silent. "I would calm down if I were Joseph! Didn't you hear the stories of what she did to that city years ago?" Someone in the audience whispered. Colt ignored everyone and payed attention.

"Very true, Joseph. But there's things about you that you've yet to tell anyone." Jade remarked.

"What do you mean, Jade" Joseph asked with a very straight face.

"Just know this "higher-ups", we the Kani….don't trust you people"

"What ever happened to Nzi-never mind"

Joseph fell into silence, as a huge smile formed across his face. "We're here today to discuss the new order of the island! As you all know…we have new fighters to defend the rulers of the island, which is me and a few others of course! But…these fighters are all powerful beings! Allow me to introduce them to those who do not know"

Six people jumped from the shadows, standing in front of all the leaders of the clans. "First is,Marcel!"

A man with a black suit, white shirt underneath, black hair that was right above is eyes, black shoes, and brown eyes stepped forward.

"My name is Marcel…it's nice to meet some most of you. As you know, we're the guardians of the island and the higher-ups. Being that I'm here to protect…I have nothing but one question for everyone here" Marcel said.

"What's your question" a man sitting on the other side of Jade asked.

"Aliyah and Jade. This is for you. But who or what do you think killed your little friend, Nzinga?"

"Who said I knew her?" Aliyah asked.

"Now, now, Aliyah there's no need to get defensive. But…we all know about the fight that went down between you and your crew with the frost clan! So…how do you think-"

"Joseph…I thought this was a meeting" Aliyah questioned.

"Do you all see this? She's refusing to answer my question" Marcel argued.

Jade stared down Aliyah. "I wasn't…aware of these events" Jade whispered. Does she…have something to do with Adisa's disappearance!?, Jade thought to herself.

"You weren't aware of that….were you, Jade?" Marcel asked.

How did he know-can he read minds?, Jade thought to herself. Marcel gave Jade a little smirk and looked back at the audience.

"You don't know the story, Jade? Your friend here, Aliyah…helped Frost kill his own father! She's the reason why-"

"Enough of this! This isn't even a meeting anymore! We're talking about things that happened years ago! Why does it even-"

"It matters because Nzinga is dead!" Marcel said. "What do you mean?" Aliyah asked hesitantly.

"After the battle…your friend went missing, right Jade?" Marcel asked.

Jade tensed up as she listened closely. "Well…I find it really weird that the boy named Adisa disappeared after the fight! Don't get me wrong, the boy was a threat to the whole planet. But…doesn't that piss you off, Jade?"

"What are you-"

Aliyah stopped talking when noticing Jade's glare. Aura surrounded Jade as she got out of her chair. "What the hell is he talking about, Aliyah!?"

Aliyah froze in fear as Jade walked towards her. "But…that's also another reason why he may not be dead" Marcel whispered.

"What?" Jade couldn't believe what Marcel said. "What makes you say that? If he's alive the world would have been ended" someone in the audience yelled out.

"Very true. But if we're correct…do you have something to do with the disappearance of Adisa, Aliyah?" Marcel asked with an intense stare.

"I think this meeting is over" Silva said in her beautiful and silver dress. "We didn't ask you to speak" a tall and muscular woman told Silva.

"No, Juliana…it's fine. I also wondered where your daughter was-"

"I have a question for you,Marcel" Silva said.

"Of course"

"How the hell do you know about all this information? And where are you from? I've never seen you on the island before…the humans don't drop people off anymore either" Silva asked.

Everything fell into silence as Marcel stared at the ground. Marcel got to his feet and took a bow to the people. "I believe this meeting is over for the time being" Joseph alerted everyone.

"Wait what?"

"You have something to hide, Joseph?"

"What's going on?"

People complained but eventually went home.

Silva jumped on her horse and was about to take off. Jade appeared from the darkness and scolded the sky clan's leader.

"What is it, Jade?"

"You know something about Adisa! I saw the way you stared at Aliyah! It was like…like you were angry"

Silva closed her eyes and had sadness written on her face. "I'll tell you everything…but please don't get upset" Silva pleaded.

Colt had followed Jade and hid in the trees. He leaned in and listened closely. Silva looked around and began talking. "Four years ago…me, Summer, and Adisa all went to go look for Onbeperk. But we were ambushed."

"By who?" Jade asked.

Silva hesitated. But before she could spit it out, another one of the higher-ups guards came into the clearing.

"Would love to take the both of you home" he laughed.

"What do you want, Kaida?" Silva snared.

"Everyone's gone. Why are you the only two left?"

"We can't talk? And do you know who we are? We don't take orders from you" Jade said.

"For now you don't. But trust me, Jade. One day you'll listen" Kaida said as he leaned in closer.

Kaida clapped his hands and disappeared. "We'll finish this conversation another time" Silva added.

"Please answer this last question!" Jade begged.

"Summer…she had something to do with it to? I know it sounds weird but…right now I believe Marcel. I also think the higher-ups believe that Adisa is still alive"

Silva said nothing and shook her head. "Summer…was on the opposite force. That's all I can say because I don't want anyone dying on me…especially women. And about Marcel and the five others…something's off about them. I have a theory…but I'll wait n see" Silva jumped on her horse and went off into the forest.

Jade stood in the opening and thought hard about what Silva said. "Summer….don't tell me that bitch-I have to confront her!"

Jade jumped on her horse and paused. "I know your there brat! Your coming with me!"

Colt almost felt dizzy as he jumped out of the tree. "How'd you know I was up there?"

"Your fourteen…I was your age once" Jade said.

"I don't want to go though. Can't I just stay home?" Colt asked slowly.

"You think it was question? Oh, poor colt…it was an order! Plus you came late to the so-called "meeting", so the most you could do for me is come with me to meet an old friend" Jade said as she grabbed Colt by the hair and dragged him across the field.

"What the hell are you doing? My hair is-"

"Don't care"

"Summer is a troop! She'll just pop up like she always does! We won't find her anyways!" Colt argued. Jade stared at Colt for a moment and continued dragging him towards her horse.

"Someone emerged from the ocean!" Colt yelled.

Jade let go and took a knee. "Do tell, Colt"
