The Divine Three

Udo had traveled to an unknown area of the island and went underground. It was some sort of cave, a cave with intimidating aura oozing from It.

"Yep, still in it…sleeping."

Udo held his breath and entered the cave. The aura was so thick, so heavy, that even Udo couldn't manage to breath.

Where are you…you crazy bastard.

Udo was underground and walked around the cave. As he walked, Udo noticed a pit in the middle of the cave. Screams of pain and agony could be heard as he looked down. "The hell?" He said as he jumped in the pit.

Udo hit the ground, and the voice stopped. A cold feeling went down his spine as a head was sticking out of the ground.

"It's been years…Udo." The man said.

The man had long grey hair, jet-black eyes, wrinkled face, and had a full set of slashes covered his face.

"Hello…old man."

"Why do you come? I was resting good until you came!" The old man shouted. His head was the only thing that stuck out from the ground.

Udo sat in front of the man and explained everything.

"Have you forgotten?"

"Forgotten? I know a lot about mythical-"

"Yes, but the king isn't the only thing to worry about! When he's created, he'll try to make a queen! The queen is stronger than the king, Grandson!" The man snapped.

"So…we have two problems on our hands?"

"I'm done fighting, boy. I'm not in the condition to do so. If I was in my prime, maybe…but for a foe of that strength…I cannot assist you."

"Are you kidding me!? I came to train, old man! I can't train with anyone else besides you and him. My training would destroy the island easily, that's why I need to spare with you underground." Udo explained.

"No. This is your fight, Udo. I can't bare to watch more of my family members die!"

"Old man…your all I have left. I'm not here to demand you if anything. But, I'm simply here to ask you for help. There's a enemy…a enemy that is probably stronger than the both of us that is coming! Without your help…the island and people will perish!" Udo yelled.

"Udo…you must understand-"

"You've been sleep for hundreds of years! Even when mom was killed, where were you!? You slept underground! You should have been dead long ago, but it's your abilities that keep you alive. Just this once, this once…help me. I know how strong you are…you only woke up once after she died." Udo walked over to the head and took a knee.

"The difference between me and you…is that I'll fight for what I believe in. I don't hide underground wailing about my mistakes."

"Your absolutely right. If I do help you…promise me one thing, boy."

"Yeah, old man?"

"Don't die on me, and keep up."

Udo rolled his eyes and grabbed the head. "Are you coming with me or not?"

Two long arms shot out from the ground, the man pushed himself out of the ground as he looked down at Udo.

Udo's grandfather stood on 10feet tall and was in great shape. "Time to get to work, boy."

"We have to find Hider first. He's the only person I need for this training." Udo said.

"I know where he resides. Deep in the giant tree of the island."

"The giant tree? Near the lake?" Udo asked.

"Don't worry…I can take us there…eighth about…now!"

Udo blinked and was teleported on top of a great tree. Udo looked down and could see high above the island. "The barrier is gone?"

"Barrier? What barrier?" His grandfather asked.

"Nothing."

Udo followed his grandfather deep in the tree.

"How can he even live in this place? This is insane!" Udo laughed. "Be quiet! He's just up ahead." His grandfather whispered.

A woman sat on a throne made out of wood. She stared the two men down and laughed. "You guys look the same!" She laughed.

"What the hell? You shape-shifted?!" Udo yelled.

"Of course! I'm to handsome for the island to know who I am." The woman said as she stepped off of the throne.

The woman had blond hair, brown eyes, and stood around 5'6 in height. She walked over and stared at the two. "You guys look weak. What happened over the years?" She laughed. Udo walked past her and was speechless from the view. "You can see the whole island…and beyond." He said as he sat sat on a branch of the tree and let the wind blow.

Udo's hair blew in the wind. He took a deep breath and admired the beautiful view. "Udo?" The woman asked. His grandfather stood in the back and waited.

"I wish things where how they were. I miss the old days." Udo sighed. "Ellowyn…why…why haven't you tried to create something to…fly away. You could easily leave the island. And I know…you broke the barrier." Udo said.

Ellowyn sat beside him and smiled. "Of course! I even discovered lots of things in the ocean. If you head further out…there's another barrier surrounding the island. Thousands of ships! Then, I remember there was a little crack. I went through it, saw land, and lots of people on sand playing with toys, animals, it was weird-"

"You went outside!?" Udo's grandfather yelled.

"Calm down, Zale. I didn't get caught. You two didn't even know. I've been up here lonely and sleep for years…all for you two to just come to say hi. There's not even a fight happening!" Ellowyn cried.

"Would you shut up. There is a fight! That's the ONLY reason why we're here." Udo said.

Ellowyns face dropped of disappointment as she walked around. "That sucks. I was also hoping that you two would have missed me." She yawned.

"Duh. I mean, why else would we? This enemy…is stronger than even me." Udo yawned.

"Oh? Stronger than the great Udo, huh?" Ellowyn laughed. She stood on the edge of the tree branch.

"What made you wanna be a woman this time? I know you were born one…but who else did you kill to achieve that body?"

"A very twisted person, old man. Very…very twisted." Ellowyn sighed. "But, I do miss the mans body. I felt so strong."

"Ellowyn…will you come with us? We have to train for little hours we possibly have!" Udo said. He stepped away from the tree branch.

"Help you two train? This island can't handle-"

"We want to train up here." Zale said.

Ellowyn put her hand underneath her chin. "A enemy so strong…you had to bring the three of us together again? So. Much. Fun. But…so much work. I'll pass. You two can leave now."

"Hey, you owe us! I still haven't forgiven you for what you did! Your lucky me and the old man won't just kill you here and now!" Udo yelled.

"I could care less about my own life. I could also care less…about yours. I'm staying here and that's it, Udo." Ellowyn pointed at the island below. "This tree represents life. Or this huge fall does. You see, I'm at the top of it all in life. I can live forever if I find a body, have the looks, and most importantly…the power for respect!" Ellowyn laughed.

"You can easily start at the bottom…and climb your way to the top." Zale argued.

"Not true. It's all fate. I am here because the tree has chosen me! If any of you were to jump and fall, the tree would not help. But…"

Ellowyn ran and jumped off of the tree. The branches all came together and stopped her from plummeting to her death.

"You see? The tree won't let me leave this place anymore! I already did my job and planted another seed!" She laughed.

Udo and Zale looked at each other with curiosity. "You planted another tree? Where?" Udo asked.

"In the ocean! Near where I saw all the children and people playing in the sand! The tree sent me a message and I did it." Ellowyn said.

Udo shrugged and Zale slapped his head. "We will solve that issue another time. Right now, we have to prepare." Zale sighed.

"It's up to the tree! I don't make the decisions. The tree taught me how to fight."

Ellowyn. A chaotic woman who shape-shifts into the people she kills. A lot is unknown of her…or if I should say. I still don't even know if she's a human or one of us. She might be something else. All I know is that the tree is part of the divine three. She's nothing more than a fighter for the tree. Last time she was summoned, a strange fire broke out…thousands were killed and not much is known. Ellowyn…is the key to defeating the king if the rest of the clans can't. Udo thought as he pulled out his two swords.

"Those blades….I see." Zale laughed.

"Enough screwing around, Ellowyn. Let's get ready." Udo sighed.

The star,Kani,Blind, and Leo clan all stayed together in the star clans territory. The leaders of the operation went over the plan repeatedly and prepared themselves for the operation. "You actually think we've got a shot?" Aliyah asked Xavier, who had been resting since his sudden heart attack. "No…but it's worth trying-"

You really are…something. A voice whispered in Xavier's head. "The hell?" He said. "What's wrong?"

"N-nothing."

Jerome and Silva opened the gates to the sky clan and were stunned by the sight.

"Hey…what…happened here?" Jerome asked slowly as he pulled out his sword.

Silva fell to her knees. "This…can't-no-this can't be real. What's-what happened?"

Ahead, there were bodies that reached the heights of the castle. The whole clan had been slaughtered.

"I was too late…I'll admit that." A familiar voice sighed.

Jerome and Silva turned their heads and looked directly into Onbeperks cold eyes. "Onbeperk!" Silva lunged at him.

Onbeperk snapped his fingers and made her freeze in time. "It wasn't me. I could've been killed you."

"What did you mean you were too late?" Jerome asked.

"This is something much deeper than you could possibly imagine. This creature…it's been hunting them. It was only a matter of time before it strikes one of them down." Onbeperk said as he walked past Jerome and grabbed Stones corpse. "You see this? Claw marks all over her damn body! Looks like it's still a cub."

"Why are you talking about!? We have mythical beast and now your telling me there's a new species hunting them!?"

"It's a animal. It's called a Nemian lion. I found the orb of it in the ocean. Kinda near where Crystal was found. Do you even know…why the mythical beast ran out of the portal? It's because this damn thing has been chasing them! This can end up to be either good or really bad. It all depends on him and what happens at the prison now." Onbeperk sighed.

"Him? Prison? What creature!? A lion? Stronger than Crystal!?" Jerome had so many questions…but Onbeperk wouldn't answer.

"If all goes wrong…you should gather all your people and run far away." Onbeperk warned as he disappeared in air.

Silva was out of the spell and fell into tears. "Silva…there's nothing we can do. Your clan is-"

"I'm aware of that!" Silva raised her voice and threw dirt at Jerome. "Oh god! Why? Why? Whyyy?" Silva cried.

"I'm sorry." Jerome whispered as he sat on the side and waited for Silva to let all her emotions and regrets free.

"I'll be right here when your done. I have a place in mind that'll help sooth your mind, Silva." Jerome looked up at the sky and took a deep breath. "Jericho…be safe on your way to help Jade." He whispered.
