Hanin

Rere returned to the room. He was surprised to find Hanin was asleep beside Leon. The little boy was hugging his sister in his sleep. Rere was moved because the girl was returned at her own will. Rere approached them and adjusted the blanket to cover her two children's bodies. She caressed her cheek as guilt welled up in her heart. She should have loved Hanin because she had promised Dila.

"I'm sorry, Hanin. You're right, I love Leon more and ignored you. Sorry for making you the victim of my frustration toward Dino. I don't want him to like me. Sorry, I can't be a good mother to you, I also can't be a good wife to your father. Your father is actually a good person, but..."

"But what, Auntie?" Hanin's unexpected voices startled Rere.

"You have not slept yet?" Rere's eyes widened. Being caught in this kind of situation embarrassed her.

"Don't need to pretend to be so fierce, aunty." Hanin pursed her lips.

"Your expression is so annoying."
