Started new life

The next next day of my daughter's arrival I called Mr Richard and asked for a day off as I wanted to spend some time with my daughter and I wanted to show her Paris as we stayed in Paris. He allowed me the day off. Sofia also didn't go to her office and we both took Ryan and Rose in her car. We went to Eiffel Tower, Notre dame Cathedral, Louvre Museum, we even took a cruise in Seine. We had our lunch in a fine restaurant. Later evening we returned home after dinner. Rose looked very happy.

Next day morning I got up early made breakfast and lunch for Rose and Ryan. Sofia helped me in the kitchen. We were ready to go to work. I went to the bedroom and woke Ryan slowly as Rose was deep asleep. And he close the door behind us. We headed towards our office. She dropped me and left. I entered my office Mr.Richard has not been in yet, I sat behind my desk Julie was busy too she had wished me but I knew she wanted to know about Rose and Ryan. I saw her opening the cabin door later and came towards me. She asked me about them and I told them how we spent the day. Later Mr Richard also asked me the same and I told him. Sofia picked me up and she said ' How can you adjust with a man like Ryan' I just smiled. ' I'm not joking he doesn't even want to put some effort to find a job for him, and at home he wants you to even cook and feed, why can't you throw him out let him learn how hard it us to earn money' I replied ' Sofia I know you want the best for me but he is the father of Rose, I can't throw him out, she needs a father'. Sofia said ' What kind of father is he? He doesn't even love his own child, I have never seen him cuddling Rose nor playing with him. He is always complaining about one thing or other' She continued ' if he was my husband I would have thrown him out. I didn't reply but I was thinking what Sofia was saying was all true but anyhow I hope one day Ryan will understand his mistakes. Sofia continued ' Tomorrow I have an appointment with one of my client so I will not be able to pick you up, can you manage going home by bus or taxi' I replied ' Yes I will don't worry about me I will take a bus' Sofia replied ' I will show you from where you can catch the bus' I replied ' ok '. We reached home Rose was playing alone in the drawing-room and Ryan was no where seen. I asked Rose ' Darling where is dad' Rose looked at her ' Oh mama he left me after you left and he didn't come yet' I asked her ' Did he say where he went' Rose said ' Mom he said he is going out to find out more about France' I asked ' Did you eat anything' Rose replied '' Yes mom you made lunch I served that for myself, it was very yummy ' And she smiled. Sofia was looking at us and then she frowned ' How irresponsible is he, Rose was alone whole day' And the same moment the doorbell rang. I went to open the door. Ryan was standing outside. He came in and said ' So you came I went out and I did some shopping too.' He was carrying some shopping bags. He continued ' I wanted to buy the famous French Perfume and some branded shoes' Rose came running and asked Ryan ' Dad what did you buy me ' Ryan replied ' Your mum will buy you I didn't have time 'And without any further discussion he went inside. Sofia looked at me. Rose looked upset, I comforted her ' Darling your dad doesn't know where to buy toys from. I will buy you some tomorrow ' Rose smiled and was busy playing with her doll. Sofia looked at me I told you so look. I smiled but I felt broken into pieces.
