When the queen had said what she said, no one saw the smirk that came on Ceri Binner's face. She quickly arranged her face and faced the king. "My King, it is alright. I am sure that she didn't-"
"Didn't what? Ceri, I do not want to hear your voice during this dinner," Queen Zyne warned.
Ceri smiled. "I will keep quiet of that will make you less angry. But I do not know what I did to you. I have been y your side all this time, My Queen."
Ling leaned forward and glared at the lady that was talking at that moment. If hat the queen had told him was true, if she had blackmailed the queen into prompting the king to marry her, and she was the one seeming so innocent and blameless, then she must be a master actor. Ling was surprised but at the same time, not surprised. He knew that the human mind was capable of a lot of things -- it was so deep that one couldn't fathom the depth of wickedness that it could produce.
