You Should Let Your Hair Down Often

Seth and Ruby slept side by side on the infirmary bed. They had slept off while Seth had been secretly waiting for Ling to return with the sword that he had asked him to bring.

The air was cool as the sun was beginning to set. The breeze came in from the open window and romanced Ruby's face.

She was cradled in Seth's arm and was lying down cocooned in his embrace.

She looked down at his strong hand that wrapped her.

His injury! She thought.

Hurriedly, Ruby looked back to check Seth's shoulder and she saw that the wound had almost closed. Yes, she knew Seth healed fast but what disturbed her at that moment, while she stared at him and his shoulder, was the fact that the problem was the sword that was in Mabon's possession.

She looked back at the sky outside.

She felt guilty.

Ruby was honest enough to admit that she enjoyed being with Seth. Still, she longed for Rudy — her first love.
