CHAPTER TWO

" well, I would love to become an actress ,a legendary one like Angelina Jolie" Stephanie said as she and her sister cleaned the dirty dishes"

"mhhmm What of Jackie chan you don't want to be like him"Jaynie teased

he his wonderful too but I like Angelina Jolie more" she said and giggled

"you have such a lovely dream that I envy you I will continue praying that every of your dreams comes to fulfillment

"You don't need to envy me am the one who should be envying you, you are leaving for school tomorrow I mean you are going to the best school in Nigeria come on sis

"mhhmm and I will miss you a lot you know"

"as if ,you will meet new people ,make new friends , freedom,you know can't wait to go to school"

"focus on your external exams"

"sis Jaynie did you hear something?"

"someone is knocking"

"yeah ! let us go and check"the two rinsed their hands and left for the living room

"Who is there " Jaynie asked

"Open the door for me my friend" a voice said from outside

"Is mummy ,who is her friend, she said and open the door

"Welcome Mom you came home earlier than usual"

"Steph is that a sentence?" asked Jaynie

"yeah baby "

Mummy were you sacked? Jaynie said and the two burst into laughter

"Yeah she came home early"Stephanie said

"then you will stay home tomorrow ,no school again , naughty girl" said their mom

"Mummy "the two chorused

"Is there food at home?" asked their mom

"yes rice" Jaynie replied

"ok give me let me eat so we can prepare for tomorrow"

"ok mom" she said and dash to the kitchen

Shortly she came back with a plate of rice while Stephanie held a cup of water in her hand. they placed it on a small stood in front of their mum and went back to the kitchen to finish the dishes.

A family of four filled with happiness.The Swaggers. Their mum is a banker, their dad a lecturer and now the eldest daughter is leaving for school.

The girls finished with the dishes and began

preparation for dinner . Stephanie and Jaynie Swagger are inseparable siblings they do everything together. They finished preparing dinner and sat down to their dinner. After dinner they sat outside chatting and laughing since NEPA has shown their authority

"I will miss sis Jaynie a lot"

"I will miss you too Steph"

"All I know is that you should focus on your studies

"Yes mum "Jaynie said excited

"Daddy is home late today, it is almost 8 O'Clock" said Stephanie. Just at then a car drove in and the three burst into laughter

"Daddy is his father's son"Jaynie said and they laughed again. The car parked and a man allightes from the car, holding a brief case. Stephanie ran to him and collected the briefcase from him "Daddy welcome" she said

"Sweetheart how are you" he replied

"fine" she said and they walked down to were her sister and mother was sitted

"Welcome dad" Jaynie greeted

"My angel how are you "

"fine"

"Hope you are prepared for tommorow"

"yes Dad"

"It scares me Jaynie, leaving a beautiful girl like you to stay alone"

"I will be fine dad I would focus on my studies, be a good girl and make you two proud"

"mhmm speech giver" Stephanie said

"Is you that know ooo spoilt brat"

"remember the child of whom you are don't join bad gang ,be satisfied with what you have Jaynie , be focus, a word is enough for the wise , bring my food am famished

"how are you dear"

"so it is now you see me right"

"Mummyyyy" the two chorused

"will you leave this place now and do what you are asked to do" she scolded and the kids left.

Jaynie is the photocopy of her mom, she is a beautiful fair girl with a pointed nose and a nice shape. Stephanie on her part is the combination of both parent.She is a beautiful light girl not has fair has her sister also with a pointed nose.
